Honestly the "Mandy did 9/11" thing is largely agreed upon to be the worst of it.
He does a couple of incest/child abuse storylines, but nothing more explicit or fucked-up than the average mildly-edgy anime.
A couple of his OCs are products of rape, but those details are given offhandedly and none of the heroines forced to mother them ever act traumatized by the experience.
Mandy as the wife of Grim sleeps around with at least three other male characters, but is very clearly shown to have no relationship to those men beyond one-time sperm-harvesting them due to Grim being unable to sire kids himself, and it doesn't really come off as full-on cuckoldry fetishization.
The worst of it was the heavy implications that Junior was sired by a normal human and Mandy used magic on him in her womb and late-stage aborted him to have him be born an undead like his siblings.

He's drawn lewds of his lolis before. PPGD honestly didn't get much, but his OCs from Grim Tales get fucked every which was but loose.

It's really astounding just how bad they are when it comes to comedic timing and writing. They could have introduced and started the fight with the villain in much shorter time, but instead they drag it out excessively, adding in jokes and visual gags that fall flat and add nothing to a scene that's already about as exciting as a wet fart.

I have no Idea OP. Purely from a design perspective in relation to the other girls she looks hideously out of place.
1. Her hair isn't a natural colour like the other girls, it's neon blue
2.She's taller, which is explained by her being older, however her proportions are off. Only her legs seem to be taller, with the rest of her body being drawn as if she were the same size as the other girls.
3. The miniature elephant, I just don't get it.

Other than that, there's not much else to pick on, her VA isn't too bad I suppose. But her whole character just seems like a gimmick to try and attract attention to this dying show and sell merchandise, her very creation and introduction is a very cynical move. The ending of the episode was convenient too, with Bliss flying off into space and not seen again. This means that if the introduction of Bliss doesn't sell more merch or make the show more popular they can pull a "Bliss died on the way back to her home planet" and quietly sweep this episode under the carpet.

What she really needs is a copper tone to her skin, trying to make her hair and clothing complement the beige of her skin is just gonna make her eye-blurringly drab and indistinct.
