But this position of power doesn't come from nothing… He is allowed to rule and go against everybody who stands up to him, BUT he has to push Eurasian integration/globalism.

Still haven't made up my mind on Putin. I admire his government's traditionalist stance on social and cultural issues (opposition to faggotry and feminism, for example). I respect his foreign policy. I dislike the "hate speech" laws and holodenial ban. I used to cry about "muh free speech" when all the Internet censorship laws were introduced but after seeing all the western degeneracy I now praise Mizulina for anti-fag laws and gladly accept the need for censorship. They ban porn too, which is a good thing for me.
Putin is a pretty straight-forward civic nationalist. For Russia in its current state — being a multi-ethnic federation (empire) and all — it's the best we can get. Ethnonationalism for ethnic Russian people is only compatible with separatism. Some parts of our country rightfully belong to the people we conquered over the ages. So I guess I'm fine with our current government, for now.
I can answer questions about Russia. I mostly browse Holla Forums in readonly but threads about my country are interesting because I's heartwarming to see that decent nationalistic people from abroad have some sympathies for Russian people.
