I don't even know what is going on with the courts anymore. First I thought some Jew York judge blocked it but DHS said fuck off and it was later appealed by a circuit court and rejected. That means only the Supreme Court could overturn the circuit court's decision (my high school law is rusty I may be wrong). But I think this block is a new court ruling from Oregon so there might be a way to appeal it before the circuit court, otherwise it needs to go to the Supreme Court and I don't think they even start looking at cases until September. Of course I really don't know what's going on anymore.

For starters all Federal Laws are defacto Constitutional. Next the US Code (ie, Federal Laws) explicitly enumerate the Presidential powers in regards to immigration. Finally, following a Federal Judge's overruling of a Constitutional EO is actually un-Constitutional since the US Code granting the POTUS the power to issue specifically such an EO has not been challenged in the Supreme Court.

I would be such a challenge would be shot-down immediately with no dissent; which would leave the currently established US Code as standing Law. Which in turn would mean it might be very wise to start sharing lists of the people that are attempting to subvert our rule of Law and replace it with their Jewish rule of Rabbis.
