They advertise themselves as respecting your privacy but the fact that they are still selling your data for personalised searches means you are simply trusting them on their word even though they are doing the exact same thing as Google. The owner of had previously owned a website that required users to not only give their own phone numbers to use it but also their friends' phone numbers and he sold this information to companies in order to make money, making it VERY likely that the privacy aspect of DuckDuckGo is just marketing.

Well, before the communists came to rule, the country had one thing that was great. Idiots weren't very common in the government. Sure, there were corrupt people, but nothing on the scale after we lost WW2. The communists put farmers into the ruling positions of the country. The majority of the politicians nowadays are kids from these same farmers. I don't believe in equality. I think idiots should stay out of ruling. It was some lobbyist group that represented several tech groups (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) that announced their support for the TPP. And in all honesty, the chances that people will change their minds in regards to Google, in my opinion, if the Snowden revelations didn't change their minds, nothing will.
