Unfortunately, Yugo and the Eliatropes are a pretty huge element of the Krozmos universe, and his story as ascent to King of his trapped people has yet to be resolved. Additionally, now that it's known that Tristepin is actually the living incarnation of the Iop God and his two kids are demigods it's not likely that we'll be seeing him disappear anytime soon. Eva is Tristepin's wife, so she's staying. Amalia is set to become Queen of the Sadidas, so she's staying. Ruel could be removed, but that seems so much less fun..

Yeah, we're stuck with the Brotherhood of Tofu for the foreseeable future. Unless S3 wraps up a lot of loose ends. I'd love to see a story focusing on the kids and some new characters. Classes/Races we haven't seen as much would be nice.

With how much of a mixed bag season 2 was with it's writing, I just hope that season 3 isn't going to end up forgetting the characters personality in favor of "Funny situations" that end up more grating on the nerves.
Here it is to hoping that season 3 starts building on the demigods and the scrapped plots for welsh and shedar.
I just hope that they'll make an animated adaption of the maskmane comics someday and maybe more of the Krozmos. Too bad the lack of sales forced them to sink the run with a rushed ending.

Just watched the first two episodes. It's off to a really strong start and they don't waste much time getting the story rolling. The action scenes are front and center, and they are pretty damned good. The interactions between Elely and Grovy are adorable, and I look forward to more of it.

Really depends on how they handle things, because the plot shoved the whole party back together and dropped them right on the baddy's front step within the first 2 episodes. This doesn't exactly set them up for another Boufbowl mini-arc or too many detours to random islands and dungeons… But they still have to fill out a full season and their budget couldn't allow them to just do one long string of fights, I'd think.

Being a demigod brought Goultard nothing but misfortune, an immortality curse, and madness. Then Iop dumped everything on him and retired, and now Goultard acts as a mentor and a guardian to Iop's reincarnations. Then Pinpin asks him if they are "like a family". That's fucked up.

I did some digging and found that there was another Eliacube in the Islands of Wakfu game. I guess the Eliacube Oropo has could be that Eliacube. However, from what I read from the wiki page, it was either given to Grougaloragran or destroyed along with other Eliatrope artifacts at the end of the game. This is all guesswork considering they can retcon lore that the games introduced in future episodes

There's definitely the potential for lots of action but it also seems like they could have just had this whole thing come down to a debate of ideals if they wanted. It's probably because they need to have some action that they can't just have every villain come out and say

I needed to refresh my memory and went and rewatched this scene from season 1. It seems like at least part
of the Islands of Wakfu is canon with Nora leaving the Eliacube and Yugo and Adamai's Dofus with Grougaloragran.
However, it seems to be that there is at least 2 Eliacubes that survived to the World of Twelve, the one Nora had and the one Quilby
made from the heart of Orgonax.

Something else that snagged my curiosity was what Grougaloragran remembered Nora saying to him; "Watch over this Dofus, brother Dragon. One day, it
will hatch. Our Eliatrope brother must learn the secret hidden in the Eliacube." I could be overthinking this, but what if this secret
isn't Quilby or amplifing the user's power, but something like allowing someone with the sufficient requirments to acend to godhood. This would
make it a lot more valuable to Oropo's Brotherhood that just as another power booster.

I agree that Oropo and his brotherhood dont really get what replaing the Old Gods entails. At best they will only maintain the status quo and
at worst, will lead to the distruction of the World of Twelve. Hell, we could have Adamai become another Ogrest. He already has 6 dofus (dofuses?)

Thought: There's a limited amount of divine power and each time one of the Gods has a new bastard, they are diluting the pool and weakening themselves. This might also explain why several of the Gods have adopted secondary personas, like Ecaflip also being Ouginak, Osamodas also being Oktapodas (Sufokia's God), Sram doubling as Eugor, and Sadida doubling as the Masqueraider God. More worshipers means more longevity and power.

I think there was originally some material that talked about some of the Gods existing for a long long time, while others were established or joined later. I want to say Pandawa literally partied himself into Godhood. So, becoming a God must be some kind of mix of strength, fame/following, and some faint divine spark. And if that spark is literally a limited resource, it might explain why Grovy have 3 children sapped him so badly.

Grovy didn't lose his power with his kids, he lost it with his arm. He still retained his divine power with 2 kids already born. He actually has a gorillion kids and maybe power can move around across parent and offspring. Did Goultard lose his power when Grovy regained his and then back again when he lost his arm? Goultard is currently the godi think they said something about "dealing with him" this season?

It's quicksubs, not soft subs. The sub team is great and all, but they are still only at ep 5. The general over at 4chan was full of "SUBS WHEN" posts, so some people decided to quicksub that shit. These subs aren't perfect, but they should be good enough. It's like early access.

One person subbing two episodes in a row is not going to happen, but if at least two willing quicksubbers are around this saturday and sunday, we should have subs within the same day. I'm blyatman btw, one of the quicksubbers, and I should be able to sub again this weekend. As I said on 4chan, I speak neither French nor English natively, but it seems I'm fairly decent at this. I did ep 6 and 9. I moved to 4chan for Wakfu discussion because this place was relatively dead.
