His Bond outings were alright, I guess, but Mikkelsen as "Le Chiffre" was the highlight of the Craig Bonds for me so far. Bardem's Silva/Rodriguez is probably a close second, as far as Bond villains from Dalton forward through Brosnan & Craig.
