This is very similar to technocratic ideology in regards to scientific management and government. Especially given apparently some of the original technocrats (well Scott) apparently had such an elitist attitude.
Theres a difference though, as in the concept of technocracy so the purpose of the state would be way different than the wackjob neocameralist shit moldberg talks about.
