While (((they))) barely reported on any of the clearly good things Trump did, this will be the left's first big angle of pitching a bitch-fit about an action under his admin.

FUCK THE WAA WAA INDIANS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

We really don't need this pipeline but whatever lmao. Liberals will go crazy though.

Warrne Buffet BTFO

inb4 it's revealed Trump is indebted to the beneficiaries of this pipeline

Are we getting tired of winning yet?

That's going to get millions of panties in a wad.

I was centuries away from being born.

That's not really a good thing. Maybe for (((Conservatives))).

FAIL

...

or buzzfeed could just post an article saying he was and half the nation would believe it because things are so fucked up and backwards
it would work vice versa too

If you arrived in the last 4 months
and you havent visited a RedPill thread you still BluePilled, go now to this ReadPill thread and read it all NOW
8ch.net/pol/res/8873257.html

I like it when the left loses.

Shit, expect lefty violence now. Its not even that major of an issue compared to other international ones, but the left was primed to be against this even before the election. They're gonna go apeshit.

The pipeline will be carrying hydrocarbons which are widely used as a fuel and chemical feedstock.
They're not just building it for a fucking giggle.

...

Gotta wait to hear it from the God Emperor's mouth, fam.

Briefing eta 2 hours.

Daily dose of salt. Popcorn at the ready.

This is glorious

Hi Warren Buffet. Don't you have people to shill for your oil railroad transportation business? You don't have to do it yourself, you know.

Injun savages BTFO
Libshits BTFO
We're going to need all the resources we can get our hands on for the most high-energy presidency in American history is to truly see its full potential.
YOU HAVE TO GO BACK

Watch the shittle east oil prices fall too as a result

Fucking double whammy

Are you actually a retarded, drunk Indian? That oil is coming through from a place where no one lives (North Dakota) to Illinois, where it will be distributed to more populated communities. You want us to use our resources? This is how you use oil. Also, who the fuck says "fail" after 2007?

This is brilliant. While the leftists crowd in the cities and create civil unrest, Trump is calling them back out to the frozen hinterlands where they were living in unsanitary conditions and fighting in a losing position. This is truly 88D chess.

I hope so, we need all the ammo we can get so Trump declares antifa a terrorist organization

To be completely honest here, I don't have any strong opinion regarding an oil pipeline way up in North Dakota. However, watching how triggered libshits get over it and especially Indians (feather not dot), I'm glad it passed just because it pisses off all the right people.

not only is this a dramatic underestimate but if those jobs are concentrated in a location that is enough to create a new town, if not a city, or dramatically re-invigorate a pre-existing one- employment is exponential when dealing with production
furthermore pretending temporary jobs or cyclical jobs are irrelevant is laughable considering that this project has a tangible outcome, there is a product being made, a massive infrastructural boon that will continue to be useful for decades.
you have no idea how employment cycles work in any way and I wonder how people just turn off their brain and accept bullshit like it's gospel

I think the Keystone and Dakota pipelines are, above all, meant to show the (((Saudis))) that the USA will no longer be dependent upon oil from the Middle East.
As a result, Trump should now have a better stance in any negotiations when it comes to the Middle East.

Yeah a lot of people miss the fact that more oil being transferred through the country could mean more money and work for the refineries that would be supplied with that oil.

More oil coming through the US via a cheaper route means more work that can be done within the US with that product.

Don't these underground pipelines have a tendency to leak and explode? Also when they are done with the pipe the oil just sits in the pipe rotting away, eventually leaking into the soil

I wasn't born when the white man came in to create order from the chaos that was nomadic "civilization".

Get back in your Tesla and go research this further. Why in fuck would they bury a pipeline thousands of miles long? They keep it elevated, can you guess why? It's so they can easily inspect it. They bury water lines because who gives a fuck if water leaks. But oil, which can cause environmental damage and is worth money, is kept above ground so they can keep an eye on it. Also trenching thousands of miles would be ungodly expensive. Plus you'd probably need to reroute electrical/water/telecoms if you did that. On top of that, when and why would an oil company abandon a pipeline? If they need to make it bigger, they'll build a bigger one adjacent or just offline it, ship the oil by rail while it's being renovated (which is even worse for the environment due to accidents and fuel consumption), then turn it back on. Those easements are too valuable to just let be abandoned.

t. Licensed chemical engineer

Much better compared to the incident rate of rail and trucking.

lol railways

(((gr8 b8 m8)))

Agreed
This is inconsequential.

Celebrating the destruction of original American land in the name of Making America Great Again? Illogical. Back to Holla Forums

I believe he is talking about the piece that runs under the lake mentioned in OPs greentext :

As long as it is built properly, and has proper safeguards, it should be fine. I know people get wary about that in the wake of BP, but all they really need is a pressure monitor on either side, if a big discrepancy forms, shut it down quickly and you'll only have a minor problem. No big deal.

Nah Tanto. We're taking the oil. It's a major point of leverage against America. I'm concerned about the environment myself, but it's not worth not having this over a maybe. If a foreign power dominates us they can take over our country and that don't give the SLIGHTEST of a fuck about the environment.

This shit is made to order for uppity white women on facebook though. They're going to mine the fuck out of this for virtue signalling. It's really hard to find an injun pet cause so they're going to be falling all over themselves to side with injuns. It's pretty hilarious to take the victory they thought they had on this one away. Bretty gud.

I understand the US has to get off foreign oil, I just hope they don't fuck over their freshwater aquifers.

Regardless of where you stand on the environment the fact remains we still live on a finite planet, the sooner we can access resources in space and save some natural life here the better. Granted it might be like 100 years away.

That's a good point I never thought about that.

More like ten user, remember that Newt "Moonman" Gingrich has been working with Trump.

We're not at all
Most of our oil is from Canada, Venezuela, or domestically produced
We care about the Saudis since they have large reserves and we have to defend the Petro-dollar
If we don't defend the Saudis, they leave the petrodollar and American power collapses

It's the same line of reasoning these dummies use when trying to shill against factories.

Who wants some job turning screws on an assembly line, that's nothing.

Then they deliberately ignore the 20 other jobs created that are directly and indirectly related to the line worker.

Why is it that every single tor post is absolutely garbage?

You know why, user.

Obama was about to approve it also, but libtards will still cry bitch tears.

Has Trump has already completed half his campaign promises?

In less than one week, Trump has done more good for Canada's economy than Trudeau. Now, let's see if Trudeau will still manage to fuck Alberta.

He made alot of promises, so no.

This is a wonderful alternative history in which Reagan was never elected and the Russians have crushed the US economy with oil trading
Maybe things would be more fun or interesting if that was the case

They don't even know why San Francisco is such a damn juggernaut.

those lying bastards, the statement
doesn't mean that it'll happen overnight
so far,

Some more not listed there, such as repealing DACA, ect. He's also already got talks lined up for renegotiating NAFTA.

North American injuns were even worse, more incompetent scum than niggers. Blacks at least mastered mudhut-building and could at least be used as slaves, whereas Indians were literally only good for dying around their furry-fetishist totems and toothpick tents

It's not about the fucking Natives, it's about the environment. If you're a national socialist, then you should be opposed to the destruction and poisoning of land that belongs to you for the kikes' benefit.

Good thing that's pure commie propaganda then, and that this does nothing but give hard working whites jobs.

And if you aren't a fucking ecobrain, then you know that the matters of environment come second behind the matters of economy. If "muh environment" was a valid argument, we'd all be living in caves, as building anything anywhere impacts upon the environment. He's not building a fucking oil waterfall aimed at poisoning the surrounding, it's just a fucking pipeline. How does that poison the land?

America isn't Natsoc

Pipelines are the safest way to transport oil.

Yes he is already looking through Judges, they said he will announce his pick in a week or 2.

That's why the pipeline is going to cause a net loss in jobs. Transportation of oil via railroad is much more equipment and labor intensive than a pipeline. It's an artificial demand for railroad transportation but there are a lot of jobs involved nonetheless.

And also fuck with OPEC which recently agreed to increase prices.
I just hope some of the tax revenue gets earmarked for long term sustainable energies like solar and hydro etc. So in the future when fossil fuels begin to become more expensive to extract there is something to fall back on rather than relying on anything to do with the middle east.

shale gas chemical fissures poison groundwater

I heard from a man in the pub that the rocks filter out the pollutants before the water gets back to the surface.

The bongs who created USA and Canada weren't even there yet when most of that happened, it was nasty diseases carried by Spaniards that did most of it tbh

Buying of middle eastern oil funds terrorism. People complaining about using American and Canadian oil are literally worse than Bin Laden and them 2 fuckers that did the Boston running race attack.

Can't help but feel that when

It means to me that everything had been already done and ((they)) were just waiting for the opportune time to finalize it while the earth peoples were demoralized from getting strung along earlier by King Nice guy, and dispersed throughout the country in their respective protest enclaves.

Like it was all a big dog and pony show waste of fucking time..

Why is there no Trump promise bingo card meme???

I hope Elon Makes good progress, I think being on trumps advisory panel is a good thing for space exploration to be reignited. Trump was right about how humanity has lost anything to strive for, space could bring that back for us.

Gingrich is a spaceman? I didn't know this.

which has no relation to the pipeline itself, which is what this entire thread is about

because he hasn't gonna back on anything yet and shows no intention to

I hope they set up fences and such so the protesters can't get back in haha.

That would be a hilarious tactic. Tell them they stopped, watch them leave, then build walls.

...

He's a huge faggot who survives off government contracts m8
SpaceX has done nothing to further space travel or discovery, they're using tech we had 30 or 40 years ago

NOT ONLY THAT BUT EVERY SINGLE MOVE WE CAN MAKE TO GET OFF THE MIDDLE EASTERN OIL TEET IS A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Nice meme.

Pipelines are the safest way to transport oil though.

Make it so.

We Jackson now, time for 2nd trail of tears.

How do these natives get land and how do they get money from the federal government?

How can I explain this to normies as a good thing and not against muh land injunz

because they're about to get paid big bux. expect a statement from the tribe itself (I am not making this up) thanking Trump for finishing the pipeline in a safe and conscientious manner.

I suppose you might have a good point there. It depends if it puts railroad workers out of work at a higher pace than employing oil pipeline workers. Arent most railroad workers in a Union? They cant just lay them off that easily can they?

Still, I just have a vendetta against Warren Buffet. Sure on paper he's a good dude and I honestly can't fault him for his investments and philanthropy, but him using "muh environment" as a guise to protest the pipeline when it's obviously because he has huge stakes in the railroad transportation of oil just pisses me off.

Solar is shit and will always be shit. Just like wind. Hydro is good though.

It's just a steel fucking pipe. There are no chemicals leaking out, there is no mass deforestation, it's just a fucking pipe. The indians are only protesting because they are assholes, it's not even their land but "MUH ANCESTRAL TRIPLE SACRED TERRITORIES" like all of USA. I bet they're just raising a stink because they want to get paid off with a bigger sum

Because railroads are only used to transport oil, right? Hell, if you want to have ore jobs despite inefficiency, why not create ten million jobs where you will transport all that oil on foot? Hire ten million dudes to carry a barrel on their back from one state to the next, great way to employ people.

This is shit tier oil that is for export, it has no benefit to our energy independence. Not a fan of these pipelines, they fuck over peoples land that may have been there for generations with no overall benefit to energy supply.

He also signed something so the steel the pipeline is built with is American steal. Cities that still have some steel production left are celebrating this.

citation needed

no they do not

You're fucking dumb and have probably never read or heard of Dyson. Almost all energy on this planet comes initially from the sun you retard. Try and science a little before thinking your opinion on the matter is worth even a fleck of salt.
t. not an idiot.

Solar is the fucking future faggot. If we could make nano machines that replicate ATP synthase and chlorophyll electron capture we'd have a "never ending" i.e. billions of years energy source available to us. Solar is shit right now because of efficiency, like cars in the early 1900's. Give it some time asshole.

ARE YOU TIRED IF WINNING YET?

reddit pls go

And if you were an actual environmentalist, and not some retarded lefty contrarian, you'd know that the railways the oil is currently transported on are many times more likely to spill- and in more populated areas to boot.

Yes it is.
Its been two decades and we are still waiting.
If If If If If. Ifs are not realities, you have to use what works right now, you cant sit around and wait for something that may never appear.

I don't think I ever made that claim, friend-o.

Who remembers?

God damn I love being in North Dakota. Looking at these communist fucks blow their limbs off is great. I can't feel sorry for them after they skinned farm animal alive for 'retribution.'

Okay, I'll wait for solar to not be absolute shit. Until then, I don't want billions of my tax dollars spent on solar subsidies.

wew

No user forget solar panels, we can just put giant thermoelectric generators in the sun's orbit and connect them to power stations on Earth using 94 million mile long cables. That's the real future. Just give it time.

I guess I didn't follow this closely enough, 1,172 miles of this has ALREADY been constructed, and the final holdup is 1,100 feet? Fuck those featherniggers, this is happening and if you don't like it you can fuck off. As far as I'm concerned we should finish the job we started on these worthless shits

Well, he isn't wrong. Sun energy is the most direct and endless energy ressource we can harvest, it will be the future, and it's approaching fast. Conversion rate goes up each week of research and once we can harvest near 100% of the light, our current systems will be uncomparable to that energy output. The problem is just, as long as we're in the research state, there is no reason to switch yet.
That's what most enviromental cucks don't understand, they think it would be wise to directly switch, change to current solar/wind/water systems with an efficiency about 1/100 of what our current systems have and 10 times the cost, instead of researching and waiting until it's feasible and comparable to the energy sources we have right now. All the current "green" systems that sell, exist for the sole purpose of stealing money from lefty environment cucks.

And if not Solar, we might experience feasible fusion energy in our lifetime.

Context?

The bitch decided to blow up a bridge, but she only managed to blow up her arm. The police released a photo of the bomb with the lady's skin still seared to it. They did take out a few other bridges IIRC.

is there a link to this?

Kek. But well, most people who is smart enough to safely build, place and detonate an explosive, aren't lefties. If not, we would see much more leftist terrorism in a more intelligent manner, that would go above just chimping out and them fucking up.

The propane tank she meant to use as an improvised bomb was punctured by a nonlethal round fired by the police. The highly-pressurized gas shot out and did that to her arm.

(heil'd)
This guy gets it. "Jobs" just for the sake of jobs is wasteful and stupid. If we are able to streamline our various economic processes, the cost of goods should go down. If we end the kike Fed and just issue our own debt-free currency, the value of our money will stop going down the shitter. As less manpower is needed, we can lower the amount of hours one has to work per week to be considered full-time, to accommodate for that. By removing 30 million spics, we will get an immediate boost in employment while we rebuild our economy and infrastructure in the meantime.

None of this is very complicated, but people get used to the way things are. If I say that the workweek should be ~20 hours, I bet that people ITT will sperge out. But nobody will complain that it went down from ~60 to ~40 during the industrial revolution, because they weren't there to be acculturated to it. Work is good and healthy, but busywork is soul-crushing. Let intelligent whites spend their time on arts, scientific experimentation, child raising, community building events, etc. if there's no critical reason for them to be laboring.

You will never be able to harvest 100% of sunlight. The tricks that now cost some unimaginable sums to even yield ~30% of efficiency are increasingly hard and struggling for each percent. Besides, do you know what kind of metals go into your solar panel? I assure you it's not iron or copper. It's very expensive and rare earth minerals that require special purifying processes to use them as semiconductors. It's also very area ineffective compared to a new generation nuclear power plant. Solar might work on a satellite, where its energy consumption is miniscule and room is endless, but in the cities? Fat chance. I don't even want to go into the cost of constructing and maintaining infrastructure necessary to store harvested daylight for night time. Imagine millions of units of some wonder batteries buried under every city.

Water power is also poor choice for energy. It ruins environments down the stream by stiffling waterflow. Best Korea, for instance, constructed a dam for power and ended up flooding their farmlands. It's also impossible to prevent long term damage. What's going to happen when your dam falls apart in 40 years? Chinks have this issue right now with their huge dams. I believe Mosul dam is also having difficulties standing up. You can't just deconstruct a dam and rebuild it. You can only do conservation before the structure just gives out.

This only makes money for the Canuks while we are left with the filth and toxins. Yay!

Trump is fucking us on this one.

You realize not all solar is photovoltaics right? Mirrors for salt boilers are a bit safer when it comes to toxins and provides free fried chicken daily.

Exactly. The answer to the commie argument about "less work because muh automatization" is to simply lower the amount of working hours from the standard 8 to 6 and do 4 shifts a day instead of 3, while using the money that would go to the "universal income" to raise the wages instead, so that people earn the same despite working less. This was done before, there is no reason not to do so again and both create massively greater number of jobs, increase the buying power (due to lower unemployment), and give people more free time.

It doesn't even make Canadians money. If Canada wanted to make a profit with this they'd refine the oil in Alberta then sell the refined product instead of selling it for peanuts through a shitty pipeline owned by kikes to buy the transformed products back from the same Mobil-Exxon kikes.

top kek
How can these people be so retarted? It is scary if you think about it, imagine these leftists working with heavy machinery.

When the protesters lit a fire in middle of winter, the police called the firetrucks to take it out. When they started putting water on the fire the protesters stood in front of it to keep it going, soaking themselves up with cold water in -30 degree weather.

And your theory comes from where?

Currently, yes. But recently researchers had a breakthrough to use carbon nanotubes as photovoltaics. Carbon Nanotubes can be manufactures extremly cheap and factories and faster manufacturing speed is in the making, and this material is many times lighter but many times stronger than steel, which is why the military invests a lot into it for vehicles too. i.e. cheap and durable photovoltaics, that could be basically the body of an object like a house or car, and a solar panel at the same time. Carbon nanotubes even have higher conductivity than silicon based products and can be used to make processors etc.

Also, there are new Batteries that are already proven to be working, which are made of Biomaterial instead of lithium or graphene and all that shit.

There is a lot of shit going on in Biochemics right now. Expensive materials is nothing but a meme by now, and will only keep existing for a while because manufacturers want to keep making a shitload of money. That will drastically change in the future though.

You want to have the entire planet to have a solar panel exoskeleton?

Exactly, now fuck off.

MFW I never have been or ever will be this fucking dumb

I never truly understood what the concept of "decadence" was until current year. If you took leftist behavior in general out of context and described it to any child, that child would assuredly say the person being described is crazy.

hitler loved the environment

richard nixon loved the environment

varg loves the environment

why doesn't user love the environment

Are you fucking retarded? When you talk about percentage it's about energy conversion you nigger, why are you even talking about shit you know nothing about. And if you cuck had read the rest of my post and had at least half a brain, you would understand that what i said means for the next 5-10 years. We already have the possibilities RIGHT NOW available and proven to work without rare materials, it's not some science fiction or some wishful thinking, it's already here, all that's left is manufacturing it faster and get more efficiency out of it to begin mass producing it in those next 5-10 years.

I knew that kikes can't think ahead, but i wasn't aware that you mognrels can't even looks 5 years into the future.

I'm all for solar and renewables.

If it gets developed privately and is actually efficient and doesn't have imaginary "benefits" like omg it's renewable yet the energy used to produce it exceeds what it even produces over its lifetime.

So yes, if we get great solar panels and wind turbines that are efficient and not shit and somehow power shit at night and without wind, great. Until then I hold no faith in them. If it happens naturally and solutions to their problems happen without us pouring gorillions of tax dollars into it sweet.

As an aside if you ever wonder who is behind the green energy lobby, just know that they own a big investment in those corporations that profit from it. Most of the politicians always rail against oil barons like the Koch brothers, but they do the exact same shit but for green energy because they want to take all that over. They want to become the Koch brothers et al as people who lobby and profit from the government but for their own corporations in the green energy field instead of fossil fuel field.

Jews gonna jew.

Sometimes you gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelette.

I looked it up, this alone would increase the number of full time jobs by about 40 million. Removing 30 million tacos would surely free up at least 10-15 million more. Ending regulations like oniggercare (and a fuckton more) would free up the money that employers would need to raise wages by 33%. I just calculated 22.5% of an employee's wage (as paid by the employer) goes to a tax of one form or another, and after that ~33% of the employee's paycheck is taken as well (state and federal income taxes mainly). We're at a 55.5% tax rate right there. Lower the overall tax rate to 22.5 and we've already covered the difference.

It's so simple that I can't figure out why it's so hard to convince people of this. It's been driving me insane for ~15 years, this is 4th grade math but Joe Sixpack and the Boomer hordes don't care, and certainly the welfare niggers aren't interested. So in the meantime spics walk across the border and work for peanuts, because:

Right. A spic can work ten 6-hour days at $10 per hour (they won't work for that anymore FYI, I work in construction so I know) and afford the villa I just described. Let it all sink in for a minute. I work around these fucking spics all the time and I swear to Kek in the Void that sometimes it takes every ounce of my willpower not to go Garrison on these filthy beaners

So you will redirect concentrated sunlight into a pit of molten salt and how will you harvest energy from that? Now you need entire structure that provides your huge pit with water or something that would power the turbine. That's how nuclear reactors work, except without a pit of molten salt but a nuclear reactor instead. You are left with several problems here. For one, your ultra hot melting mass is going to cool down by air and interacting with its container. Other problem stems from this - you can heat your molten salt only a set amount of hours a day. There is also safety issue, because there is no telling if your open structure can contain your molten salt. It might evaporate or leech through the walls into the environment. I doubt it's more efficient than photovoltaics, if you want to generate serious power. Unless you have some specific design in mind.

Well, first, you can't harvest 100% of sunlight because you need certain "activation" energy as per the photovoltaic effect. There is also heat dissipation, circuit heat losses and atmospheric conditions that would not allow you to harvest everything under normal circumstances. As for carbon nanotubes, like graphene, they have a serious issue when it comes to their application in photovoltaics. They are good for replacing aluminium when it comes to structuring metals, but graphene has no band gap under most cases. You can engineer a band gap, but this in turn runs up the production cost. Graphene is also, as of yet, impossible to produce in high qualities and quantities. We want monolayers of graphene, sheets upon sheets of it. This is impossible yet, no process can achieve it. It's always a crapshoot whether you get a proper monolayer or not and there is no process that can automate it. You generally have to run it through Raman spectroscopy to find out if you indeed have a monolayer or not. Highest quality graphene is actually produced by hand with duct tape as of now. Graphene does have a high electron mobility, though. Lately nanotechnology is shifting towards researching other 2D materials and overcoming the production process, so that you can produce as many monolayers as you can.

Lol. American power can not suffer a permanent collapse short of Yellowstone or Nuclear war.

We could cut 75% of of the Army, half of the Air force, and half of Navy and still be invulnerable to invasion and have the capacity to smash both Canada and Mexico.

The Debt? Fuck it. Old people checks and medicine? Fuck them.

praise Kek

There are two things that hinder this from becoming reality:
1) You need to have sufficiently high unemployment so that the new jobs can be filled with people (and since half the fucking country thinks unemployment is at 5%, they don't think we have that sort of manpower on hand)
2) This proposal makes bussiness owners incredibly asshurt, as they're the only ones that get shafted as they need to pay much higher wages and employ more people in order to do the same amount of work. This will, eventually, not be an issue, as all those millions of unemployed people with little income will start earning money, buying products, and thus massivelly expand demand for virtually all goods, leading to bussinesses selling more of their product. It is, however, an issue when you are about to introduce the change, and in order to keep the bussinesses quiet and prevent mass bankrupcy, the government has to be the one to pay for all those extra wages, or at least somewhat subsidise the companies, which all requires a whole lot of money (you can't significantly drop taxes like you propose, as then the government will feel a financial shortage and would be forced to make severe budget cuts, which no government likes to do as it's unpopular as fuck). In other words, the government would need significant money reserves, or borrow a lot.

It's a mammoth task that will piss off incredibly many people, which is why nobody seems willing to go for it. It also requires afore mention unemployment, and it's up to debate whether, given the lowering birth rates, we're ready for such a change.

Nothing about a pipeline damages the environment, the other methods of transport are more open to accidents and pollution. All this does is get pissy injuns with "muh fake burial grounds, this muh land" and SJW marxtards assholes torn up. Get comfy and enjoy the coming show.

(Checked)
Molten salt reactors work with the same principle that all steam turbines do: find something that heats up to beyond water's boiling point, harness it to heat water, and use the steam to spin a turbine that spins an electromagnet to generate electricity.
Molten salt reactors work best at lower latitudes and in arid regions. Both the salt and water are in contained systems and do not intermingle. Like all solar energy, this system only collects energy during the day. It can store this energy, unlike the photovoltaic process, in a simple insulated tank for molten salt and produce power at night. This stable power output is what makes the molten salt reactor a more effective method of energy generation than photovoltaic panels. While not the best for raw power generation next-gen nuclear is by and large the big kahuna for untapped potential, it could be useful in the American southwest due to the large tracts of unutilized sun-bleached arid wasteland that cannot support agriculture or settlements.

All good points. Trump himself put the number of working-age people who are not currently working at 93 million, and many of the jobs we have are shit-tier part time ones or government ones (that by definition are costing money, not creating it) so hopefully people will wake up to that reality. And I'm sure most Holla Forumsacks realize that 100% of federal income tax goes directly to the kike Fed to pay interest–none of it is spent on useful government programs.

The idea that our government would mint its own currency as opposed to paying kikes for it probably sounds impossible and insane to most plebs, although we know that this alone was enough to bring NatSoc Germany out of economic depression. Eliminating kike control of money would cover the cost of increased wages all by itself, while forcing the government to eliminate precisely 0.000% of its current spending on programs.

Why, shouln't we stockpile for the long game?

Liberals. Not even once.

This. If it doesn't even touch the reservation, who gives a fuck?

Going to need new sources of oil when the war starts.

inb4 "accidental" pipeline explosion

the drilling of the pipeline under the sole water source of said reservation jeopardizes the only water supply for us. And its not just Indians, us white people here understand this because there was a Superfund site not far from here where the groundwater got polluted miles away from where the dumping was.

They're not dumping oil in the lake. Pipeline is the safest way to move oil, and we all use oil, so logically…

Correct, the indians object to the pipeline crossing a fucking lake only a few miles upstream from their only water supply. Those of us who have been to the protest understand why they are upset. The digging also uncovered human remains close to the proposed site. Demanding that the 1000+ mile pipeline divert about 10 miles to a much narrower river crossing isn't unreasonable.

Here's what's going to happen.

A few months before construction is supposed to start on Keystone, there will be a pipeline explosion. Somewhere in the world, it doesn't matter - the greater the environmental impact, the "better."

Warren Buffett owns BNSF railways, which go all around the Midwest to the West coast. These rails are heavily used to transport oil. The Keystone pipeline would immediately lower the demand for rail transportation, thus lowering the price that Buffett can make.

If someone offered me 10:1 odds a pipeline has an "accident" somewhere within 3 months of starting construction on the Keystone pipeline, I would take it.

Of course they aren't dumping oil, but if there was ever a leak those people will have no choice but to abandon their reservation because there is no source of drinking water. This is the fear. Only hardcore leftists and environmentalists are against the pipeline in general. The people protesting on the ground in North Dakota just want it moved further away from the lake crossing.

The pipeline is actually almost completed except for the spot in North Dakota that is being protested.

Nah, fuck off. It's not even their land, there has been no harm done, so they have no leg to stand on. IF there's provable damage then at that time they can whine for gibs, until then prarieniggers can go back to drinking Listerine

Nigger you're betting on the only thing Holla Forums is rarely right about

Not related to the pipelines, but this disinformation needs to die.

Similar pipelines cross rivers all over the country without any issues, this is no different.

Look up primary water and abiotic petroleum

Most everything they tell you in school about oil and water is complete dogshit

They wouldn't get laid off. Union employers just do a hiring freeze and wait for age attrition to achieve a reduction in headcount.

It would eclipse the value of oil being transported. On efficiency though, if you believe efficiency alone justifies everything then why aren't you out supporting the TPP so we can leverage the price efficiency of cheap asian labor

...

Yeah, leafniggers pipe down their crude, we refine it and it becomes more valuable. Then we own the refined oil and can do whatever we want with it. I wouldn't expect a gommie to understand even the most basic of economics though

the amendment for congressional term limits was submitted by rato a few weeks before the inaugeration.

You know that pipeline is really for water, not oil?

Fuck railroad workers. Let them suck off Tubal Cain in the caboose.

Fuck the indians.
If something happens then they can just go buy water at WALMART.
Most are on EBT now anyways. They shouldn't be able to hold up something so important to the good of the nation. They LOST.

Could America get any greater?

user, having actually studied how liquids disseminate through soil and bedrock as part of research into the feasibility of deep borehole disposal of nuclear waste I have to say you're fucking retarded. The deep boreholes planned go an order of magnitude deeper and involve several orders of magnitude less volumes of liquid and are located in solid granitic bedrock with the lowest permeability of any kind of bedrock and yet in the event of complete containment failure you will still see nuclear isotopes making it back to the surface given enough time.

Frakking chemicals making their way back to the biosphere is more than plausible in comparison.

Lots of paint huffing on the reservations tonight

He's the first one to reuse a booster.

We didn't have the tech to land a rocket 30-40 years ago.

You sound really smart and educated. Would you help me figure out something related to environmental impact of contemporary oil transport?

How long does it take hydrocarbons to make it to the surface in the event of complete containment failure in the form of a train derailment? You know, the kind the happens several times a year in flyover country. I haven't seen much research into the question because Warren Buffet donates a lot of money to the DNC.

Von Braun will be on Mars.

Das Marsprojekt was the summation of his work.

user, don't be a fucking retard. I know this is Holla Forums and everyone here has a hivemind and sees any disagreement as an affront to everything you ever stand for, but grow a pair and fucking learn to read.

Did I say anything about the pipeline? No. No I fucking didn't. The sum total of what I said is that the argument of "lol oil is too far down fracking chemicals can't possibly come back up" is horseshit and I backed up why. I didn't even say that fracking chemicals are coming back up, just that it's plausible.

Try putting your thinking cap on next time you make a post.

Oh, you're really smart and educated! Obviously we can just stop using hydrocarbons. I bet you don't own a car or use electricity.

Oh wait, you're on the internet, so I guess you're using electricity. I'm sure you produce that yourself using totally renewable sources that were produced from carbon neutral capital investment, like all those solar plants that use natural gas to keep the reactors warm at night. Or the windmills produced from aluminum smelted in the warm feelings of a million virtue signalling SJWs. And you certainly didn't post your drivel on an Apple product assembled by Chinese non-slave labor from non-conflict minerals extracted from totally independent central African nations.

Otherwise you wouldn't be so concerned about trace amounts of fracking chemicals diffusing through kilometers of rock over thousands of years.

Ah, you are just a retard. Nice to know.

There is no need to be upset.

Trump's bringing jobs to Americans

Underrated

We've seen a lot of train derailments, trains carrying oil

Do you have anything to back that claim up? nuclear isotopes can pass through a lot of shit, but how do chemicals get all the way up there?

i seriously didn't know that about warren buffet. i should read more on him.

I am not, and no one who claims to be is. Natsoc was exclusive to Germany and died with Germany. But that doesn't stop me from wanting to utilize its strengths.

The nuclear isotopes which do make it back do so by being water soluble and getting carried by underground water currents; even in solid rock beneath the aquifers there is still movement of water from one place to the next, and this movement is mostly due to aquifer replenishment during periods where the usage of water (human or natural) is greater than the absorbed rainfall. Assuming that the fracking chemicals are also water soluble they would use the same transport pathway.

I will say that the work I've done on the subject is purely theoretical and that, to state the obvious, nobody has actually buried nuclear waste in a deep borehole and measured the isotopes which came to the surface. Similarly I'm not saying that people have done studies and found that to be the case with fracking chemicals. All I'm pointing out is that the math shows that it's possible for the nuclear case and if it's possible there then it's more than possible in the fracking case.
