I need your help, anons

I need your help, anons.

I've been a writefag for sometime now, but lately I've been wanting to add imagery to the stories I create.

I want to learn how to draw, but the internet leads me to literally a fuckton of different sources and tutorials and I feel pretty overwhelmed.

Does anyone know where I can find decent guides on how to draw (people specifically) so I can learn this power?

Faggot.
Images in books that aren't graphic novels are usually deepest lore shit.
And those books are usually the worst.
Learn to write images not make them.

I meant I want to learn to draw in order to create comics in addition to writing stories. I'm not going into that illustrated novels bullshit.

Oh.
Alright then continue.

GOOD NEWS OP

how the FUCK did I miss this?

It was buried kind of deep in the catalog.

I am a writefag, too, but I feel that writing is saturated and adding images can spice things up and set you apart from the crowd, is this true?

I get this, too.

nope

Spite bump for this easily triggered retard

Wow, super brave of you

Stop being a newfag piece of shit.

Whatever you do, remember that there are visual things words can't describe and there are things pictures can't show. Research that and It could help you create better synergy pair writing and drawing better.

Trace all the things. Your hands will learn the strokes.

Even the viagra spammer at least had the decency of not posting anything illegal.

Keys to drawing is what I'm reading ATM, from what I've heard, right side of the brain has a lot of pseudoscience in it.

Best place to start. Get the mega files while there

Keys to drawing is fucking great. I suggest reading Vilppu's drawing manual as well for the interesting exercises at the beginning.
I'll second the fact that RSOTB has lots of shit to wade through to get to the good parts. I wouldn't bother with it.
