Looking into this "guy's" channel, it seems that it's just a bot, considering the fact that it uploads the mostly the same source material that doesn't really have any meaning. Most of the things there are ~50 second clips that have no purpose other than to try and creep you out. I think Connie was mentioned only by the bot happening to pick up her name. Other than that, the frequency of upload, titles of the videos, and content of the videos, just don't mean anything.
