The status of the left here is kinda pitiful, the main organization is HADASH, a coalition of radical left organization headed by the Israeli communist party. but as communist parties go, it kinda sucks and doesn't do much other than some parliamentary activism, and it almost never tries to reach outside of its traditional voter base (which is mostly Palestinian citizens of Israel).
There are some left-wing groups (I'm a member of the CWI section there) but they're kinda sporadic. There's one union, called Power to the Workers, it's pretty good, and it's growing, I have optimism in them. Other than that things seem fucked. Every time there's some movement to the left the government uses nationalism and war to smack it down, it's very disheartening to see it. The thing is that a lot of the Israeli public is much more to the left than they are ever willing to admit, most support a Palestinian state, most don't think the settlements are good, most support labor unions, most think natural resources should be nationalized and so on, but just the reputation that the word "leftism" has in Israel is so bad because of the strong nationalism that it's very hard to actually move things to the left.
