This was a pretty decent retelling of Two-Face's origin. It does a good job of incorporating stuff from the various versions we've seen. It felt rushed, though. I'm usually a fan of compression over decompression, but here I think they tried to cram too many scenes into not enough pages.
A little heavy on the identity politics, too. Gordon's special squad is made up of a Jew (who wears his yarmulke on duty?), a lesbian (are they writing Maggie Sawyer's years on Metropolis' SCU out of history?), a black guy, and Harvey Bullock, and the only honest judge in Gotham is specifically identified as a black woman? Way too blatant.
It was a fun read, though.
