this bill reenforces the 2nd amendment.. everyones right to carry concealed or open. it is redundant but sends a message. an if you were not aware the constitution supersedes the state laws. especially when it comes to firearms. note however that federal law to remove gun rights are not constitutional as the constitution would have to be amended again.

It's just another form of increasing the reach of the federal government. I can't get behind that.
