I'd like to do an animated video explaining how B████ ██████ as a mayor was able to provide affordable housing by buying land and holding it in a public trust but having the home on it be constructed in a conventional private way.

So basically low income home buyers were only taking a mortgage out on the house it self not the land underneath it.

Even conservatives liked it since it didn't really cost the government anything.

Our next project is a cartoon about a possessed doll.
