Andrew Basiago, a lawyer from Washington, put forth the claim in 2010 that he had taken part in a time travel, teleportation and remote viewing project called Project Pegasus. This project was run by the CIA, using technology developed from their retrival of Tesla's lab notes. Basiago claims to have known Barry Soetoro during that time, to have used a 'jump room' to travel to Mars and to have witnessed the Gettysburg Address among other things. Among those other things was a program to discern who future presidents would be and groom them. I'm a connoisseur of conspiracy theory, so I've had my eye on this for awhile and spent a lot of time listening to his interviews (the original one is 6h I think). Basiago was covered by Colbert, Ventura, HuffPiss, and an impressive amount of others. More than you'd expect if the guy was just off his rocker and imagining things. My interest in this was rekindled when the "Time Traveling Trump" thread came about. The connections are there between the CIA, Tavistock, MIT, Wharton, Tesla, and the individuals in question. The mandela effect is likely to be related to CERN since if you match up timelines of CERN experiments with emerging mandela effect's on the net - they line up nicely. CERN on their website claim they are able to open up "mini blackholes" which would obviously allow our current universe to travel between alternate timelines, timelines where 99.9% of things remain unchanged but since they're parallel - minor differences are eventually noticed.
