I used to be a dishwasher at fast food, quit because of new manager. Wanted to meet a comrade there but still not sure who it was.
Now I work at a factory making brake lines as a temp-to-hire. It's considerably better and I'm getting paid a fair bit more even though i'm still a temp.
student
janitor
Personal trainer.
I'm a barista at an coffeshop/creperie in the Boston area. Leaving my job soon and very excited to finally have to time to work on my music, catch up on reading and spend quality time with my SO.
Student of anthropology and German. Thinking about law school at some point in the future.
Halfway through my Master's degree, plant biology: diseases and invasive insect species are my jam. Previously shitty jobs like call centres and working in a piggery.
Engineer at a plant that makes medical devices. I like it though the pay sucks, i think I'd still do it after the revolution.
Forgot to take off shit posting flag, don't call me a bourgeois liberal.
Well since you kindly asked I am working on my Bachlor's degree. I finished my Major which is history, starting on my minor which is political science.
This way I can have the how politics work, and why it came that way. Also to be able to join a socialist group and radicalize them for revolution.
Neet.
Law finance.
A true cuck.
On again, off again NEET. Currently a warehouse worker. Every time I regain employment, I realize how much time there is in the day, and how much I lose moving boxes from point A to point B.
Jobs, man. Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.
studying chemistry at uni
NEET. Literally unemployable. I went to a good college but didn't finish because it's a scam and I have no interest in being a desk jockey for Porky, but I can't get a bottom-up job either because they won't take people who look like they have a future (which can be found out by googling me).
So fuck employment, I'm making my own work. Too bad the piles of mental health issues make that very slow and difficult.
I can relate to some degree
NEET. going back to college this year, hope it works out this time.
Cashier at supermarket. In uk. We have a union so not treated like shit. Good breaks holidays, bonus/stocks. Nearly as good as working for a co-operative
Studying computer science. Portuguese if you're wondering.
Studying english and economics at university. Probably going to do master's in economics.
Linux sysadmin for institutes at a big university clinic. Was programmer before, but an admin's life generally is better. Want to get back into programming tho.
Laboratory Technician
I'm starting university in September, majoring in PoliSci and either minoring or double-majoring in French. RN I've got a summer job as a War of 1812 reenactor in a historic site. I drum. It's lit.
I work in a chocolate factory in the UK and you wouldn't believe how many bare hands go through the product.
That and we recycle chocolate that had expired in 2014, well that's the oldest pallet that I've seen. I assume they dilute it with fresh chocolate when they "re-work" it.
