The retard with 123 iq is only one step up from a nigger, which is why he fits in with normal society. He is within the boundaries of average.

The 145 is nearing true intelligence, has trouble finding peers let alone superiors, has difficulty applying his mind as all his teachers were in the bracket below him.
He can only socilalise with perhaps 0.5 % of the population to any decent extent.
The 123 untermensch doesn't realise that he is on easy-mode.
145 doesn't realise how incredibly stupid almost every other person on the planet is compared to him.
My advice to the 145, teach yourself - skill by skill, subject by subject. Focus on one at a time, master it, apply it. Once you have a steady income, study the next skill.
It can be practical, language based, scientific, programming.
The constant stimulation will ease your mind, raise your confidence and allow you a steady stream of income.
As you progress, you will realise what your goals will be.
