I've seen a lot of talk about this here lately, and here is my answer to it. Akkuama.

I have personally produced alcohol extracts actually way more experiments, but this is all that is necessary of the seeds of this plant and tested it on the public. It is an amazing pain killer, but with sufficient dose also causes a noticeable high. Though, what's important is this. It makes it impossible to get high on any other opiate, actively replaces other opiates in the body, is non-addictive (physically) and has no known LD50 (no overdosing). Best of all, it's dirt fucking cheap. A gram of seed (a seed) is enough to treat pain for five doses, or will fix a heroine addict for a day.

I have personally adminisrered this herbal extract that is, squirted into the mouth of a hobo laid out on the ground, literally dieing of withdrawl. Within 15 minutes, he was walking, talking, happy to be alive, and not even trying to find heroine. This plant has saved the lives of three white women that I know, and two men that I know are human again as well. I hope this is of help to some of you here.

Yep, just drop an ounce of seeds into a fifth of everclear. Works best if you run the seeds through a coffee grinder first. Can take up to a month to fully extract, but a fine ground makes a usable product overnight, but always best to wait. It's fucking bitter, so better to take three drops than a shot of the stuff. LSD is a better alternative in many cases too. It has been shown to alleviate cluster headaches and at low dosages it alleviates pain without hallucinations.

Thats a hard one to answer. I used to do extracts with someone, and he was using it "for science" at least every other day for several months. Each time I'd have an idea, hed wind up in mad scientist mode and make a whole bunch of extracts and well, he had to try them. For science… (major autist.) I was his only source of the seeds, and stopped bringing him any. He stopped using it and had no withdrawal effects that I could notice, and autisticly moved on to the next project without bothering me to get more like I'd expect. I did eventually bring more though, as some people he knew as a kid needed help getting clean. Weird fucking guy, probably a bad test subject, too autistic.

If you want an herbal alternative to alcohol, to ween alcoholics off the juice, magnolia seed extracts, diluted substantially, work amazingly like alcohol but without the impaired motor functions. Cannot vouch for longterm safety though, but beats dead liver.

For guy asking for dosage, it's gonna vary whenever you work with a plant or do extractions, but roughly 300mg is what you'd give someone for a toothache or a sprain, and tell them to take two if it's not enough. The usual dosage for recreational use is two to three times that. The duration seems to be anout 4 hours. The onset is faster if you do an alcohol extract, though the whole seed may be more effective. There are three main alkoloids in this that are effective, and I haven't gotten around to isolating them completely yet, ran out of funds for experimenting and don't really need to. In theory thouh, you could yield a lot more from this seed if you did split up the parts though.

Also, getting an addict clean off of opiates is much more complicated than the physiological withdrawal issue. I found benzos were easier to quit than opioids, the initial withdrawal from benzos was worse but after a week I was fine but with opioids I feel suicidally depressed for a long time even after the initial withdrawal

Swear an oath to yourself that you will not touch any kind of opiate for a year. After a year is up, you can decide what to do, but it is far easier to keep self control for a finite, fixed amount of time than to say "I will never do this again in my life."

The ultimate answer though is that you simply have to stop taking the drug.

I used kratom for a month but the biggest thing was the confluence of events that hit me psychologically enough to want to quit. I've been mostly clean for two years now, every now and then I'll dip my toes back in but every time it leaves me remembering exactly why I stopped.

That was a fun one to figure out! So, it turns out that akuamma or the alcohol extract thereof, at least will completely replace Suboxone/buprenorphine in the body. Which means.. They will experience withdrawal symptoms after the first dose of akuamma.

The second dose though, administered roughly 20minutes after the first, should set them straight. As a suggestion though, wean a person off of buprenorphine as much as possible before they switch the Akuamma. That said, the couple people I know to have been on shboxone before, were very happy to have switched to akuamma.

From my experience, the average person will save their short-term memory every 7-9seconds. First just try tossing the club moss in with the coffee and see if it comes out potent enough. Huperzine-a is water soluble and will extract in cold water. That said, it's unlikely to yield a full extraction overnight even, so this is what I do in this situation. I squeeze out the mash(plant material) after the first water extract, and then let it dry out a bit, just to toss it into a big mason jar full of moonshine. Always try to have at least 70% alcohol when doing alcohol extracts though, not everything comes out in lower concentrations. Then a month or two later, you can refine that extract at leisure without caring about doing hasty or inefficient extracts when you need to. (Really, just make tea. This stuff is very stable too, so if it's a weak batch of plant, don't be afraid to boil the fucker.)

The conclusions from looking at them? The human genome is as robust as ever. We should expect large, strong bodies, healthy teeth, good skin, and a positive attitude. We should expect to live well into our 70s, 80s, and even 90s without any major medical intervention needed, with a high level of energy maintained right up until a rapid decline at the end. Heart disease, obesity, diabetes, all should be unheard of. Teeth and indeed all bones should be straight and dense, we should all pretty much be better-looking than we are (with luck we heed the advice and our children will be). Illness on a minor level should be basically unheard of as it is in wild animals – without insulin compromising our immune system, it should work as nature intended, that is, every time we ask it to.

So the answer then is straightforward: meat, defined as the flesh, organs, and bones of a living moving organism, Root vegetables such as potato (it is starchy as hell but absent the problem proteins our insulin system works as designed and wipes away the blood glucose effortlessly), yucca, cassava, nuts of many kinds, and salad type vegetables are on the menu. To a lesser extent, legumes such as beans and peas are ok, though a word of caution: no diet should be based upon these or feature them as a majority of calories. The enemy is still insulin, and Grain is only its main vehicle at the moment. Others can substitute in high enough quantity. Legumes are more dangerous, as is any food product made from otherwise “safe” veggies. Almond flour, root starch, other baking-type substitutes for grains can be dangerous if over-consumed. The obvious of cane sugar is a big one, it should be kept to a minimum: Davis mirrors others I have heard on Holla Forums in that he recommends none at all, if at all then less than 5g/day (like less than one- fourth of a super dark chocolate bar).

Diet soda is back on the menu, in case you fell for that Jew meme, no saccharin does not make your body do the same dance, and yes the Jews used all sorts of weaselly language in order to get people scared about that one recently (“Might” cause insulin response which “could be just like” real sugar). Fruits should mainly be put in the same category as cane sugar and used with caution if at all. Dairy counts in as sugar because of the lactose unless it is in high-fat stored form such as cheese or butter, both good to go. Oils and fat in general – this is where it gets awesome – are basically unlimited. Once out of insulinosis, the body craves fat regularly, and has built-in mechanisms to avoid fat gain. Any extra fat I eat past what my body needs for the day is converted chemically into heat energy. Spoon too much coconut oil in and I light up like a Christmas tree, but no fat if no insulin-response foods. Alcohol should be limited, but beer (sadly) should be eliminated, it cannot be sold in America without being made from grain, substitute wine instead. Liquor from grain is ok because distillation reduces problem proteins to trace amounts, but once again drinking a shitload is still never going to be a health positive, nothing new there.

You might be asking by now, why the hell post this in a heroin thread on Holla Forums? Two reasons, first the obvious jewing. Let’s say you want to make big jewbux on food. What do you need? Commerce. Transporting, middlemanning, and branding the food all add “value” to the product, value that doesn’t come from the sweat of an Aryan’s brow. Better still, grains lend themselves to the type of farming that doesn’t even need people: you plant and harvest them with huge machines, and store them in huge silos. Dry them out and their shelf life is enormous: they go international with ease, and can be counted on so readily that (((people))) in certain chosen few cities can create whole day trading markets around their price (grain futures markets, like the fojc market from Trading Places but two orders of magnitude larger). You might have seen an article on the front page of the Times recently, detailing how the Sugar Lobby buried that sugar was causing heart disease for fifty years? I too would like to believe that they care about our health, but no, they are feeling the heat and put out another stop-loss. As we already learned that it is not any one food but insulin, and that “paleo” is gaining in popularity (reducing the right foods for the wrong reasons), see that article as cover for the bigger lobby: Grain. Sugar might be bad and it is, but grain accounts for over 50% of the world’s calories, over 60% in the poorer countries. All of sub-saharan Africa lives off of American-grown food aid in the form of grain; nothing else would survive the trip and the climate. We all know who has a the biggest stake in ownership of this, its the same as any other large piece of the economy.

Second reason I bring this up is the mental/addictive aspect of grain consumption, the dietary morphine. Much has been made of the negative health effects by another researcher named Dr. John Perlmutter (cool guy but amatuer hour compared to Davis nowadays). What he called “grain brain” and Davis calls “the insulin fog” is an over-arching, depressive, lethargic, generally foul mood people can be seen in, especially post-adolescence, when they regularly consume grain. The insulinosis affects neurochemistry in a yuuuge way, in fact most of the supplementation I see advised here is probably duplicable by just grain elimination as far as the positive effect it would give you. Focus will improve without grain, as will willpower, indeed addictions are all easier to break if not impossible to form at all when steady non-grain diet is achieved, I can attest to it. So why don’t more people go this way? The addictive properties of dietary morphine prevent them.

Remember how I said keto is a meme? It’s not really bad on its own, it just the furthest end of the non-grain-non-insulin diet spectrum, you can go full keto if you want (Davis says its alright) and indeed it can be advantageous at first to help shed unwanted fat as fast as possible. It’s the way it is prescribed that kills its chances: 6 days keto with one day cheat on carbs (no grain distinction is made in any largely accepted keto diet including Atkins). To understand why this is bad let’s go first back to our evolutionary discussion. So we branched from primitives a while back, diet was probably a factor in it. As has been discussed before here, several advantages short term can be gained from grain if you want a large scale society. What may have started as a desperation food could also just have been the most convenient and reliable fuel for a large central population, which leads to central armies, and continental domination. In either case we know the grain must have been with us for a long time.

Not long enough to adapt evolutionarily like cows did with their four stomachs and cud-chewing (millions of years), but long enough to have left some genetic marks on us (couple hundred thousand years most likely). We know that some people are fat and some are skinny, some can stay thin while eating anything, although in most this too falters by old age. More primitive races seem to fare much worse with grain. Look at American Samoa for a population recently introduced to grain by colonizers; obesity over there is so common you count the skinny people. Similar effects have been noticed amongst tribal populations in South America when they are pulled all of a sudden from their forest homelands and given “Western” (grain-ridden) diet. So we know whites are in the midst of trying to adjust genetically, and are probably the furthest ahead (we already largely conquered the lactose sugar in dairy, but probably did so to enable us to use stored-fat things like cheese and butter, not just drink mil). While no one race is fully able to achieve health while eating grain (never will be as long as we’re humans with large brains) we keep eating it like mad. If you suspect there’s something more than convenience at work, you’re correct. Grain, it seems, has evolved symbiotically with our use of it to addict us to its effects on our brain.

Unique to grain and apart from all other problem carbs like sugar is grain’s ability to mimic opium in our body. Take someone off of grain for a day and they go into withdrawal symptoms: anxiety, irritability, depression, all take hold and grow in measure for a week. Like opiates, it seems to detox from us after 7 days of abstinence, but that seventh day is hell. Get someone on a diet like Atkin’s and tell them every Sunday is “carb day”, and they will think of nothing but bread all week until it is time, then gorge. The symptoms of insulinosis will kick back in and they will feel bad for a couple days, then start to lose weight again (but enter withdrawals again) until they repeat the cycle all over again next weekend. Eventually they up cheat-day to Saturday and Sunday, then Friday night opens up for some beer and pizza, and by that point they will be ready to call off the diet and resume grain consumption. You can see the analogy to a heroin addict: if you tried to give them such a regime to get off the junk you would be ran out of town; it is obviously flawed from the get-go. The answer, at least as it was for me, is to internalize the message: our ancestors fucked up a bit with grain, no need to cry, just remedy the situation. The Jew will tell you to eat “healthy grains”, remember they are lying and evil. Your body will rebel and tell you to cheat, just remember that’s the dietary morphine talking, and it’s only pure poison that it’s pointing you back to.

Ive been taking kratom for around 6 months now, it was all good until now. Every now I take it I get bad anxiety/anger and I feel like I have the flu after I take it. It dosent provide that energy or euphoria it use to.

It's really interesting, the mitragynine in the kratom stops the receptors from sending pain then they release gaba and you get dopamine. The anxiety/anger is from the gaba downregulation (less dopamine less energy and euphoria) and the flu feeling is from your nerves coming back to their senses.

In the end I noticed I always look for a drug to be on to fill the void. I have an addictive personality and I've always gotten addicted to kratom, pot, opiates, and other shit.

I'm going skiing in 2 weeks with family and I don't want to be having to take a drug to have a good time. That's probably why I like Kratom the most, it makes me a lot more talkative/sociable.

It sounds like you have low dopamine. It's possible you have a hormonal imbalance as well. See how strongly you react to an L-dopa supplement while not on kratom. If you experience anything remotely like a high or noticably elevated mood after taking 200-300mg of l-dopa then we've found your problem.

An easy way to tell if your hormones are off is your bodyshape. I don't mean to insinuate anything, but do you have extra gut and boob fat and a small ass? Do you have trouble sleeping or have an irregular sleep cycle? If yes, don't worry, this is easily fixed, if not, good for you.

How do you fix bodyshape?

1. Mild exercise in the morning, even just five minutes of constant movement.(i start with arm circles and shoulder and back stretches and work down to the Achilles tendons, prefering stretches that have circular movements, then pushups and some shadowboxing, alternating the two until I need to take a shit and then get some hot chocolate or tea.) This will raise metabolism and get things moving.
2. Less cake, more bacon and eggs. Eggs are the best source of choline, have plenty of proteins, good cholesterols, and are dirt cheap. Refined starches (crackers bread cake) are great snacks while you're working your ass off, but will fuck your body up if you indulge in them at times of rest. Bacon is essential for life. Eat bacon before bed as your late night snack instead of carbs. The fats in the bacon are REQUIRED for making your hormones, especially testosterone, and this defines the bodyshape problem I mentioned before. (that manboob makes estrogen btw.) Lastly, most of that testosterone is made during your sleep cycle, which brings us to…
3. Stop staying up all night masturbating to internet porn. A three hour fap-session after midnight just KILLED your nightly testosterone dump. Instead of fapping, exercise to exhaustion while thinking of real women that you actually desire and how you're going to hook up with them. try not to dig a hole while doing pushups. If you absolutely have to fap (don't want your prostate to explode.) do so in the mornings, at east that way the distraction will be gone for the day.

Find the source of your problems. There is no magic bullet, but I do have a bag full of hammers with different names on them, so if you find the problem, I can throw a hammer at it and see if it works.
The most effective way I have found to identify psychological problems is to become fully aware of your thoughts, and then learn to follow them backwards. Learn methods of logic, read the conversations of Socrates, and spend an hour of everyday alone, actively thinking about your own thoughts. To the guy asking about weekly diet, here goes what i typed up in response, with no images this time because of "I'mkampingonadick".


Weekly Diet

This depends on a lot of things, namely what your schedule is and what access you have to certain facilities. For example, I am lucky in my situation because I drive a car to school, which is a grad school, and there I get both refrigerator space and microwaves to use – this is about the ideal one can hope for when eating away from home.

Luckily, the diet lends itself to not having to eat away from home. The grain-free or “Davis Diet” as I have come to calling it (you can also call it the zombie diet if you like) is dense fuel. Not in the way that sugar is (calorie dense) or veggie diets claim to be (nutritionally dense) but it actually can sustain you for a very long time quite comfortably. One of the common insults thrown at the Chinese people by their Mongol conquerors was that they were “human cattle”, brought into domestic obedience by their grain based diet. Speaking as a soldier, a Mongol could go three days without food because their staples were meat, eggs, and dairy (they were famous for their huge caravan trains of livestock that followed the armies across Europe). The Chinese peasant conscripted to fight the Mongols was feeling faint by the end of his first day without provision, a fact exploited by them during campaigns.

In our modern life we don’t have to go without food so long, but it can benefit many here to be able to skip lunch, this is entirely possible. The key is to see your dieting day as three “units” of quality animal product (or “dead cute stuff”). It will depend on your size and activity, but for me (6-5, 200lbs, very sedentary), one unit consists of one standard breakfast sausage from the grocery store (think like a bratwurst, 0.5-.75 in wide and 5-6 in long), one egg, and the butter or oil used to cook it (about two teaspoons). I can add other things as I like, such as hash browns, french fries, onions (saute), mushrooms (saute), or a half raw tomato sliced up, this is for flavor and completely optional, though I do it just about every day. Herbs are fine, salt and pepper are also fine (the whole sodium = blood pressure is a meme and shit science, season to your liking), and in general flavor is a vehicle to make the animal product more palatable, no problems there (as with everything, just avoid grain, look in your fridge and just about everything you would think of as a flavoring or sauce has wheat, corn or rice in it).

This “unit” can be cooked in many different ways but it is important to note that just as not all calories are equal (some are grain which is poison!) not all individual pieces of the same food are equal. The more cooked something is, the better it will digest, and the more you will get out of it. This is easily illustrated by eggs. It is a preference of mine to have them sunny side up or over easy to let the yolk and white run a bit, especially to have over potatoes. But in this fashion I will need 3 raw-ish eggs to replicate the one egg that is scrambled to full cooking. Scramble 3 or 4 eggs along with the one sausage and I will find myself unable to finish my breakfast plate without discomfort, whereas this is no problem when they are quite runny. So take all food as meaning fully cooked – not burned, but cooked full to where the only change left is to start discoloring the skin. Obviously, the faster and hotter you cook, the harder it will be to control this reaction and ensure an even and full cook. With the example of a steak served medium rare, this is something burned on purpose to achieve an effect on the mouth (taste) that has no bearing on how full you will feel several hours later (not very because you can’t digest it all). In this context, sushi becomes what my father always called it – a fuckin Jap meme. Raw or undercooked foods in general should be seen as an experience and not a staple. Don’t eat them often, best for occasions and such (I still love my medium rare steaks).

Then we get to what makes up “animal product”. I find it most useful to break this up into three divisions: flesh, organs, and bones. These will present most often in your life as “meat”, “sausage”, and
“broth” or “stock”. The wording is interchangeable but generally you can change your intake around these three quite a lot, any one day can be only one or an even mix of the three – indeed the most meaningful variety in your diet is what part of the animal your are using for a particular meal. While they are all available for purchase at some store or another, the main things your are going to be able to buy are meat (boneless or bone-in) and sausage (may have any number of things in it, including organs and bones). I suspect all three are needed to make a truly complete diet (and Davis basically says as much in WBTH), but perfect balance is not really feasible and I doubt was ever that important. The important thing is to economically, conveniently, and safely get all three into your home.

When it comes to meat, the thing that will save you is cheap cuts and slow cooking. Indeed, it is the basis of all my non-breakfast diet – things such as pork shoulder, beef brisket, chicken thigh or whole chicken, turkey drumsticks. This will get you the lions share of calories if you like, and be the easiest to cook and cheapest to buy. Wal-mart is your friend here: for example, what costs me 25 dollars at the local organic market, a whole chicken organically and beautifully raised with best practices possible, costs me 10 at Wallys and is just less “natural”. While organic is better, the difference in taste is hard to ascertain when its all cooked well, and the difference between the two nutritionally is almost nothing when compared to the difference between Davis diet and standard grain-based. The other thing is the real cheap cuts, they simply don’t offer them in the fancy people’s stores. Even Whole Foods with its hipster irony does a shit job of stocking full packer beef briskets, full picnic pork shoulders, full roasting chickens bone in (they could probably do them all on special order), and they’ll never have the coon-ass super cheap stuff such as separate organ meats, or limb meats like pigs feet and turkey neck.

For cooking meat, a slow cooker is your best friend (for maximum convenience get one with a built-in timer function that turns off automatically), just about any recipe you find on foodnetwork.com is going to work and be cheap as shit. A pressure cooker is a bit trickier and less “fire and forget” but can be useful in the right hands; it basically cooks things you could do on the stove in half or a third of the time without burning them. Stove is the least easy to cook anything but obviously it is super versatile and needed for fast hard cooks such as browning meat, or most anything breakfast-related. In general you want to use meat no later than the third day after buying it, one day for fish or organ meats. Most stuff can be good another two or three days in the fridge after its cooked. Butter keeps about a couple months maybe longer, though you probably will use it quicker than that, full fat cheese basically forever when wrapped tight. So for meat you cook something then figure out how many times you want to eat it in the next few days, past that you freeze it. Prep work ahead of time in the form of portioning everything is a must. Portions can be something small (bacon is usually two strips for me), but a rule of thumb is you either want one full “unit” (enough pulled pork to make the animal part of one meal) for feeding you or about a third of a unit (two strips of bacon) for flavoring component, you will learn more as you go but a lot will be obvious from looking at the ingredients.

For organs, your easiest route will be buying sausage. It’s not that simple however, because it’s nigh on impossible to know what they are putting in the sausage unless you go to a place with an on-duty butcher. If it’s something like whole foods, you run into a lot of sausage that’s just ground up meat, which defeats the purpose. If it contains organs like at Wallys, you don’t know which ones, and run the risk of other things being in there – brains and spinal cord are the only things you really want to avoid (because of prions), but they’ll put toenails and floor scraping if you let them. Organs are where you really have to do your homework – find out who sells them whole and just eat them like that, or find a butcher who makes sausage from them on-site and ask to see it done (they’ll usually be happy to find someone who wants to buy organs off them regularly as they just don’t sell very good). If you live in the country, this isn’t a problem as you can butcher your own animals you catch, but that’s a conversation for another day.

For bones, your best bet is to make your own stock. People do sell “bone broth”, and some of it is actually quite tasty, but it’s never economical. Homemade stock is one of the easiest things to do. Just buy the cheapest meat you can that has a lot of bone mass in it (that’s usually the cheapest thing already), then roast the necks or wings or whatever they are in a pan in the oven for a couple hours on 400, then into a pot, slow-cooker, or pressure cooker with water for the desired amount of time. You’ll usually want at least 3-5 hours in a pressure cooker, or 8-12 in a pot/ slow cooker, but the general idea is the longer you go, the more concentrated it will be. You then pop the stock into ice cube trays and freeze overnight, the cubes then go into a bag loose (the fat will keep them from sticking together) and get labeled. My usual formula yields half a gallon of stock from 4 pounds of “meat”, which then gives me 4-5 ice cubes per “unit” - obviously this is a rough number and will vary tremendously based on lots of things and you just have to experiment until you feel comfortable. The cubes can be used in sauces, dishes, soups, or just plain as a food source. A favorite snack of mine, or a standalone meal that can be had any time of the day, is 4-5 cubes in a coffee cup, topped off with water, then microwaved for three minutes. By the end, you will feel full and indeed you have eaten a whole “unit” of legitimate animal product. Bones can also end up being the cheapest thing you buy, as you don’t need to buy fresh to make stock. Simply save the bones from your big cuts, or for example the whole carcass from a chicken you roasted and carved, in a “bone bag” in the freezer, and when it is full, roast them off and cook them the same way. It is the marrow that feeds you here, so it will all work the same.

So, finally back to the original question: what does a week look like for me? Here is a sample.

Monday

Morning: 1 bratwurst, half a potato (saute), 2 eggs over easy, coffee with cream no sugar

Lunch: 1 pound of chicken (curry style, basically a soup), quarter potato chunked in there, half a tomato

Evening: Just nibble some potato chips as lunch was easily a 2 unit meal

Tuesday

Morning: 1 bratwurst, 3 eggs (full scramble), half a potato (saute), half raw tomato with olive oil, coffee with cream no sugar

Lunch: skipped because breakfast was 2 units

Evening: ½ lb fresh fish (cheapest filet they have, though otherwise I like salmon, catfish, and tilapia), small caprese salad (tomato, mozzarella, basil, olive oil)

Wednesday

Morning: skip breakfast cause I feel like it, coffee with cream no sugar

Lunch: Chipotle – carnitas with double meat, no rice, on bed of lettuce with one scoop of beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, hot salsa

Evening: 4 cubes stock into a coffee mug, topped with water

Thursday

Morning: 1 sausage, onions and mushroom (saute), potatoes (cubed and saute), coffee with cream no sugar

Lunch: Mcdonalds – two mcdoubles and two hash browns (throw away the buns, break each hash brown in half and use them like bread), large diet coke with lemon

Evening: nibble on some potato chips and cheese because I was approaching 3 units already by lunch

Friday

So there is a full week for you. You can slot in diet soda or seltzer, plain water, salads, and small things such as nuts or jerky so long as they are not huge they really wont affect your overall inputs you’re going for. Can even include the odd piece of dark chocolate to satisfy a craving though as I said before do your back of the package math and make sure it is 5g or less of sugar you are getting. I purposely included lots of restaurant type food to show how you can get by in any type of place by recognizing what you are served and adjusting accordingly (I find its better not even to bother telling people your diet restrictions, just toss out what you don’t eat and get on with it). If you want to poorfag it just eat only from home and only the cheap fully cooked stuff, I would wager this is all doable on $15 per week at most extreme meat and potatoes only setting. What is more important is to understand the fundamentals, don’t cheat at all with grain, and trust the system – it should become self-regulating within two weeks or less. That means you will crave sweets less or not at all, and will become comfortable eating lots of fats and meat without feeling overwhelmed in your stomach (in the very beginning you might find yourself more thirsty than usual but it passes in about a month).

I found this one on its analgesic effects that shows it as pretty effective, producing analgesia not too far off of that of morphine.

As for desensitisation/tolerance, I'd be wary of making any bold claims this early. In a nutshell, the mu-opioid receptor is a type of receptor called a G-protein receptor, and all G-protein coupled receptors contain an inbuilt mechanism to stop them from being constantly stimulated: to simplify, the agonist will bind to the receptor, induce a conformational change, then the agonist-receptor complex will dissociate, go inside the cell where it will be processed with the GPCR kinase specific to it, beta-arrestins, and some other things, it'll go into the endosome where the acidity will make the agonist dissociate, and from then on the receptor can either go back out, get recycled, and go back to the surface to do its part again, or get sent to the lysosome to get destroyed. Now, for the natural, endogenous mu-opioid ligands present in the human body, the enkephalins, this process goes smoothly and the receptors are internalised and recycled pretty quickly, so any tolerance will be short-lived. For morphine and heroin however, they trigger a slightly different signalling cascade when the agonist-receptor complex enters the cell and as such, theydon't internalise and recycle as efficiently, meaning that tolerance lasts much longer.
So whether or not it causes typical street opioid type tolerance will depend on whether its alkaloids will trigger the same signalling cascades as the enkephalins, which I personally don't think they will from comparing the molecular structures.

I've seen people take enough for an elephant with a tuskache and sleep it off. They experienced no cardiac or breathing irregularities, and reported no negative urinary symptoms. Most I've seen ingested was a 13grams of roughly crushed seeds. My dose as a male of rouhly 170lbs is about 250mg. In other words, this is safer than most over the counter medicines.

Oh, as for uniformity of dose, I mentioned already methods of standardization. For what you mentioned about tolerance, could you do more research? This interests me. I have a weird genetic thing going on where I metabolize opiates at superhuman speeds. I was given morphine once, and it felt no different from a saline drip. The amount they'd have had to give me to get any pain relief would have surely killed me, since the amount they DID give me dropped my O2 sat to the high 80s.

Are there any medications that you've been on most of your life, or at least much of your childhood? I know of medications that cause the opposite effect of what you describe, so its quite possible that something changed your body chemistry a bit. If not medication, it could also be dietary if you enjoy some unusual plants too much.

I know that some antiihistamine allergy medicine, if used regularly will semi?permanently reduce your necessary dosage of many opiates, if you've used thm for years. If we could figure out a way to do the opposite and make it stick, we could sever the cycle of addiction for people for good.

This has always been a fascinating topic to me. How did you get your start on this? Were there any particular books or websites that you learned from when you were starting out, or did you learn from someone?

Other things that are touted as healthy, like salad and bananas, are disgusting to me. I've always had an interest in plants. The main books I've studied were simple field guides for identification. How I've learned most of the knowledge though? I studied one plant at a time, as the need arose or my curiosity took over when coming across something that seemed interesting. When I find something new, I look up what family of plants it is, what major compounds are in it, and what it's historical use is. Over time I've learned to identify with surprising reliability, the active compounds in plants by taste and smell, due to simply having a large catalogue of experiences in my memory. Just keep at it and by the time you know a good hundred plants, you should be able to do the same. It's all about experience, immersion, and curious attention to detail.

As for nutrition and diet, a large problem is simply that people don't get exposed enough to a lot of foods. If you don't know which melons are which and if it's ripe or not, you probably will wind up with shitty melons on your plate, and as a result hate them. (they should be sweet and soft, not hadd and flavorless like a cucumber.) As for eggs, most people will only eat them prepared one or two ways (i like scrambled or hard boiled) but you can also get eggs from baked goods and custards. Try a few variations of things and ask someone who LOVES the food to pick it out for you.
What you said about food desire is interesting though. Always remember that some foods are just not meant for everybody, and there are other sources of the same nutrients elsewhere, just some are easier or simpler sourcss than others, and the compounds in food changss when cooked.
