Well, I believe they deserve to have a country for themselves in Africa. South Africa is the best place for these people, since it is in the region with the best climate (similar to the Mediterranean) and soil of the continent and from there it would be possible to develop an African cultural and economic elite. Remember also that South Africa already has cities with good urban planning developed during apartheid and the country is very well located between the seas of east and west. Being in the extreme south of Africa would also be easier to control the mass immigration of unqualified people.
