If you have even the slightest inclination towards synth-driven rock, then you are hereby commanded to listen to this. youtube.com/watch?v=wM4YamvQiNI
The Final Sound formed in January 1983 out of the ashes of the punk band The Grey Wolves (no relation to the PE group of the same name). The band suffered a number of line-up changes, leaving just Steve X and Tony Mitchell in the band, both of whom were dedicated nationalists. Sadly, this song is the only recording of theirs which has surfaced.
The band allegedly produced one demo called "Play to Win" released by Defendant Tapes. If anyone finds this, consider yourself crowned a hero.
Lyrics:
Walking through the ghetto on my way home I suddenly realize that I'm alone Is it the color of my skin or the color of my hair Or is it just the clothes I wear Why you're following me this late at night all home
Black pigmentation: genetic deviation
I'm not surprised that things aren't said When their attitudes are just so red In the ghettos, that's where they lurk 'cause multiracial societies, they just don't work Is it the color of my skin or the color of my hair Or is it just the clothes I wear Why you're following me this late at night all home
Black pigmentation: genetic deviation
It's going to end, you know that it's going to end
Lyrics were printed for "The March," a song commemorating the Falklands soldiers returning from the war.
Don’t you feel so proud To be one of the crowd When they walk by With their heads held high? Each man would give his life For his child and wife And for his whole country Which includes you and me And they walk by With their heads held high
Where have you been? This has been our music of choice for a long time. Also, if you're gonna make music, comedic music is fine but someone should really take the initiative to make a real attempt at making good music. (not to say comedic music can't be good)
Ethan Ross
Was it made as early as 1985?

Apparently, it was posted there, but went completely ignored
Now would be a good time to give it attention.

It sounds like not many physical copies exist, I can't find anything online about this other than some synth website thread which lead no where. Someone said on jewtube that National Front's press officer might have something.
Hudson Reed
According to "The White Nationalist Skinhead Movement," a Final Sound demo was released by Defendant Tapes called "Play to Win."
It has yet to surface online, and if anyone finds it, they will be crowned heroes.
Nathan Garcia
I'll try contacting that press officer guy. He apparently used to be involved in a Punk Front back in the day and he helped distribute Final Sound's music.
Jeremiah Wilson
I don't care how good the lyrics are, this is shit.
Have some real synthwave, faggot.
Jeremiah Barnes
Should you be successful finding it, find a decent tape deck, rip the music and then contact Blood & Honour Hellas. The guy used to run the Glory Days of RAC blog, so he'll happily share the content.

Good synthwave died in the 80s, modern shit is laughable and too same-y compared to the greats.

Have some more.
It's not bad but the vocals ruin the whole thing. Same problem with pretty much all other 80s punk/rock I've heard.
Post some of them then, faggot.

To each their own i guess, Perturbator always sounds too similar and edgy to me.
Robert Fisher
I really like New Retro style, and memeing FashWave is fun, but honestly a lot of it is just taking on fascist imagery to things that other people already made. Fashwave pictures are just Vaporwave album covers with black suns, and Fashwave music is indistinguishable from New Retro.
Use some weird time signatures, make your own synth sounds. Add your own individual ingenuity without going making it ugly. Prioritize beauty and creation, and you will invoke nature's eternal fascism.
Robert Long
I haven't liked anything Pertubator has done for years, but it's a good song still.
Also, obligatory:
Nathaniel Kelly
Its a meme ya dip
Xavier Wood
I agree, but most of the soundtrack for both games is closer to house/electro than to synthwave.
Not bad.
meh
Both of those are very different from most modern synthwave.
Perturbator is okay, but that is far from his best work. Last I checked he is also refugees welcome trash, so I hope you haven't paid for any of his stuff recently.
(checked) Same thing here as with HLM soundtracks, it's more electro than synthwave. I also agree with in most cases. I did like most of The Uncanny Valley though, I think it's higher quality than most of Perturbator's past stuff.
It's called synthwave.
Not bad.
Again not bad but very different from modern synthwave.
Here's some from another of my favorites.
Carter Wright
I have no musical talent what so ever, but I tried to make a song a while ago with Yugoslavian war samples. (like shit from SERBE STRONK video) It was retarded but it reminded me of that dude who uses arabic singing samlpes and makes really weird music… I'd post it if I could remember what he was called.
I know, I thought you were trying to fag it up anyway.
Leo Wright
If you're talking about him pulling the music from the Open Gates video, I'm 99% sure he explained that he didn't care, but the music label pulled it. Also, Uncanny Valley wasn't bad, especially the opening track, (Neo Tokyo was it?) but it is basically the pinnacle of the similar and edgy criticism.
Joseph Hughes
Exactly, modern synthwave is too electro
Jordan Collins
I am. I also seem to remember a tweet that implied the same sentiment. That's all I saw though.
Yes it is. That's why I'm not a huge fan of that facet of the genre.
That track is not remotely synthwave.
A lot of it isn't though. Nothing I've posted has been electro.
Well not specifically but you can hear the influences and the reuse of the same synths and reprise styles.
Xavier Parker
I know, I just like it. Also, on Pertubator, considering the direction of his new music videos I doubt he's really on our side. If I remember correctly some stronk single woman defeats these guys who are oppressing synths.
Andrew Rogers
Carpenter Brut is in the same category as Perturbator, but noisier. Almost too noisy most of the time.
Does that not always occur to some extent with different tracks from the same artist?
In what video?
Zachary Perry
He is not, the whole modern synthwave clique is filled with attention whoring leftists like Kavinsky, Perturbator, Mega Drive, Mitch Murder, etc. Back in the late 70s and the 80s it was music made mostly by uncool nerds with their analog synths and home computers, now its the new cool hipster thing for special snowflake city kids who put zero heart into it most of the time. Remember that new John Carpenter return album from 2014~15? That blew all of these pretenders out of the water with some movie worthy stuff, vid related bought it because of how damn good it is.
Is more of a group mentality thing
Jackson Perez
And none of those make great stuff.
I don't know about Lazerhawk but I know Makeup and Vanity Set uses analog synths.
Another good artist is Dance with the Dead. A bit more electro influenced I think but better than most of the other electro "synthwave".
That doesn't make any sense. Why would artists want to copy others on purpose? I thought the point was to be unique.
Elijah Diaz
Lazerhawk is pretty cool, he nails the spacesynth sound.
To fit in
Liam Wilson
John Carpenter is good shit. Carpenter Brut is good as well. Judging by their titles they seem to be kinda fashy.
God dammit Holla Forums, that's not what I embeded.
Noah Murphy
Brut send a c&d to gex and other nationalists who use his music. Cuck faggot, right in the trash despite the music
Benjamin Cook
One version of it anyway. Waveshaper does another version. I like it, especially for running. Not a huge fan of Station Nova though. Exploration 84 is probably my favorite.
Cooper Jackson
I thought he only did movie soundtracks.
Ryder Perry
Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure he's the one who said it was the record label who pulled. Gex didn't use a Pertubator song did he?
Nathaniel Campbell
It was Merlin, and he used "Humans are such easy prey" in his with open gates video
Lincoln Lewis
Correct.
Yes he did.
Brody Martinez
What separates fashwave/nationalist synthwave from regular synthwave? Album art? Not enough.
Dominic Perez
Ironwave instead of Vaporwave? sorry for double post.
Jonathan Morgan
Pretty much. It's dumb.
What would that be?
Isaiah Stewart
I'm saying certain sounds should start to be implemented to kinda make it it's own thing while retaining the overall "feel" of everything. Your guess is as good as mine, I just thought of what might be the opposite of vaporwave, at least in terms of name. What it could or would be on the other hand is for idea men greater than me.
Brody Edwards
Yeah the style needs to change if we want to call it something of our own. I noticed playing around with synths and more realistic sounding drums kits has a pretty cool sound.
Joseph White
I had two headphones and two earbuds break on me in one week. My Sony MDR-V6s that I had for 5+ years were the first ones to break by one siding going out. Same for the others one side went out. Shorts in the wires. You'd think with so many headphones breaking that it's the power source frying the drivers but no that's not the case.
I ordered some new headphones with a detachable cable but they won't be here until tomorrow. I ordered the most durable headphones I could find . The ones I ordered are all steel construction with input connectors on each side so if one input goes there's an extra input and extra cables.
Jaxon Martin
This particular song isn't synthwave it's more vapourwave but NobodyTM usually does synthwave. NobodyTM's stuff is really powerful and hits you right in the feels.

This thread needs some Rick van der Linden goodness. He was the front man of Ekseption in the 70s (famous for his 7 feet high stack of clavinet, pianet, synths and effect processors) After the band broke up he made the background music for Bassie en Adriaan, a popular kids series from the 80s.

The resident Christfags will whinge, but it's wonderful noisy music to unleash your inner beast to.
Funny how people love to talk of the glories of classical music neglect the fact their composers were often as fucked up as artists of today. While musically a genius, Mozart chronically mismanaged his money and took great pleasure in scatological humor. Without a lick of business sense, Mozart could neither sell himself nor his music to any appreciable degree. The notoriety his music continues to bask in is entirely posthumous, and scholars today still struggle to explain away and contextualize his fixation on scatological humor or the fact he was a terminal fuck-up.
Face it, folks. There's a reason why most artists live on the periphery of respectability.

Not exactly my taste, but good lyrical themes.
Someone with modding skills should get to it.
Care to explain? I'm not sure I understand what are you referring to.
True, given the fact that almost all the artists are degenerate subversive "rebels against the system" that are dragging the societies down, they should primarily be seen as means of entertainment, not source of inspiration or a goal.
Yeah, last week I found their first full album was finally released. They were ahead of their time lyrically considering the (((current year))).
Grayson Collins
what genre is this? it isn't quite the theme of this thread but it's close.

Danger is pretty good. It's electro house I think, similar to Justice.
My pic related is already on the board, illustrating the mass graves and genocide.

The Loyalists were often tied to the far-right in UK, including National Socialists.
Luke Hill
Pretty ironic considering it was the Irish who wanted a nationalist ethnic socialist state in Ireland, for the purpose of securing their race and entitlement to the land, and thwarting English capitalist control of a free Ireland, just like the jews did to Germany.

They weren't against rubbing elbows with Marxists and North African dictators. The IRA's political arm Sinn Fein also supports the most YES tier policies for UK.
To call the IRA "nationalists" cheapens the concept. They're republican leftists to the core.
British Israelism was the basis for Christian Identity, so it's not THAT unusual.
Jacob Martin

Thats a funny way of saying Gaddafi.
National Socialism didnt exist when they were promoting an Irish ethnic state for the Irish, which would employ socialism as a defensive measure, not one aimed at equality and feeding people. Marxist socialism isnt an absolutely flawed ideology - by that I mean, not every single aspect of marxist socialism was thrown out.
Only the parts that were anti-nationalistic, and global minded. Marxist socialism was about "questions of the stomach" I believe was how Goebbels worded it, one of its flaws.
The modern IRA is like the KKK to my understanding, full of agents and subversion. They splintered repeatedly, they had all sorts of ideologies. Republican Sinn Feinn is different from Political Sinn Feinn, and the 32 County Sovereignty movement etc.
Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness are traitors, the real republicans would hang them if they had the chance.
The movement is referred to as Irish Nationalism. Its inherently a nationalistic cause, and their socialistic mindset is not about wealth redistribution, as I said.
I dont know much about them, and its my first song by them I listened to. I appreciated the lyrics, and even made a couple successful cuck/pol/ threads with them, and a graphic demonstrating white genocide.
If this is the way it ends - if this is the way my race ends… If this is the way it ends - I can't bear to witness… If this is the way it ends - if this is the way my race ends… If this is the way it ends - I can't bear to witness…
Don't let it end this way, Don't let it end this way, Don't let it end this way, I can't bear to witness…
Ive never been much for the heavy stuff, when I was younger I was actually listening to nigger music. Only around 2010 did I swing hard to the right, after the "sjw madness".. From what I've read and seen it was Socialist in the same way the French Revolution was. The revolution was primarily led by the underclasses rebelling against the Aristocrats. In the case of Ireland, it was convenient to use since most of the upper class was either English or worked very closely with them. Not many Republicans among the wealthy.
Leo Price
Heavy music has been my life's biggest passion, although these days, I'm starting to appreciate softer music.
I got into WP music at 17. I was into a rapper called RBX, and because he'd constantly reference Islam, I would google his lyrics just to see if others had found meaning in them. Often, little would turn up, but one day, I googled a the track where he says, "That's why he eats his pig-steak rare" which led me to a Neo-Nazi website noting the hypocrisy of popular culture's fetishization of Black Nationalism. At that time, I wasn't aware lots of black rappers who talked about Islam were, in fact, referring to some Black Nationalist bastardization of the Quran, but regardless, I started to critically think in that moment. Black anger was rarely rooted in a desire for justice or equality; they merely wanted revenge on enemies, perceived and otherwise.
Even though I felt racism was wrong, I couldn't help but feel the racists were onto something. I developed a compulsion to hear their side of the story, which prompted some cursory googling about "skinhead" subculture. Predictably, the web was littered with sites demonizing them for their wanton racism and street thuggery, but I eventually found my way onto skinhead sites with plenty of articles to contemplate. It was then I wanted to know more about their counterculture and started to get intrigued by "white power music." I found my way onto a lengthy list of free mp3s. Most of them were of an abysmal quality, and while some songs were competent, none of them engaged me.
Until I discovered Mudoven's "I'm a Bigot." The song was every Hollywood stereotype played up to a point that it crossed over from the absurd into authenticity which still has yet to be matched. It's hard to put it into concrete terms, but listening to that song inspired a mix of emotions where I felt enraptured by the fury but also felt my blood chilling knowing full well the psychopath on the other end could very well mean every word he says anytime he gushes caustic bile into every slur-laden lyric. It was a boiling hatred that empowered me with its malevolence.
From that point on, my life changed. I wanted more and more, and since then, I've never stopped searching.
Zachary Scott
The french were on their own land, and it was French against French. Thats class warfare.
This was Irish against non-Irish, that is how the lines were drawn, rich and poor banded together. Clarke for example was a tobacconist IIRC, he had money.

Also, its not like Germans were wealthy when they went after the rich banker jews.

They control the churches and the state In their power they can seal your fate But I'm too strong, I've seen through their lies I can't be bound, I'm determined to rise

Discrimination is their constant cry And integration is their biggest lie Their corruption is eating us alive It's a call for revolution or soon we will all die

Danger is electro, like said. A similar artist I've heard is F.O.O.L.
(what a waste) Nothing posted here is techno, faggot.
Sounds more like trap or hardbass than synthwave. Not very good imo.
Charles Nelson
nobody in the 80s called it synthwave. That's revisionists.
Synths bands were mostly ignored or made fun of for being faggots because they didn't have guitars. It was seen as very feminine. The harsh industrial stuff like throbbing gristle was completely ignored.
Hair metal bands would hide their keyboard players back stage so fans didn't call them fags haha.
Anyway, it got more popular with pop bands like Depeche Mode and such but it was just bands using the current technology. I think Enjoy the Silence.. which is really just a pop record, was the first album that got mainstream acceptance, though there were a lot of 80s radio hits with synths.
Shit like Cars.

This is killer.

Synthwave as it exists today did not exist in the 80s. It all either uses 80s-esque themes (Miami Vice, Terminator, etc) or simply uses similar sounds (but it's all synth/electric guitar/drums). 80s synth music is almost entirely a different genre.

Hudson King
Jasper Byrne is great
Gabriel Nguyen
John Carpenter and Le Matos for sure. Timecop1983, Miami Nights 1984, and Robert Parker if you are into that kind of sound. Daniel Deluxe is okay but more electro influenced. Dynatron and Perturbator (pretty different from each other) aren't bad either. Mitch Murder is like Flash Arnold if you are into that.
Also, generic isn't inherently bad. I just don't see a point in having multiple albums/artists that sound almost the same if the quality isn't outstanding.
My favorites are Dance with the Dead, Lazerhawk, Waveshaper and Makeup and Vanity Set, which is why I posted so much of them. Together with Perturbator and MN84 I think they accurately represent all facets of the genre. I do have some other stuff, and some that's more electro influenced that I like, which I will post some of.

Actually, that wasn't Perturbator, it was Carpenter Brut. The song on "With Open Gates" is Invasion AD.
Also I think Carpenter Brut DID directly say that he "supports refugees". But I'm not 100% sure on that and I can't find where he talked about it. If anyone has a screenshot of exactly what he said about Invasion AD being on With Open Gates, then please post it.

Before forming Sol Invictus and dropping out of politics altogether, Tony Wakeford formed a band called Above the Ruins which released "Songs of the Wolf", the band's sole full-length musical recording.
Taking cues from Julius Evola's tome "Men Among the Ruins," Above The Ruins enjoyed a brief existence promoted by the British National Party of which Wakeford had become a member in 1984. Apart from his presence, the line-up of the band behind Songs of the Wolf is very obscure and was never revealed, due to the band's open political deployment. Rumors about the identities of the members proliferated, but none of them were ever confirmed.
The record was first circulating on tape as a demo in 1984, but was then reprinted on vinyl in 1986, with "Storm Clouds Over Europe" missing and now presumably lost. No one has ever found and released the tape online. Considering its short length, you'd be forgiven if you thought of this as an EP or mini-LP.
Above the Ruin's music is within the vein of early Death in June, but the approach is much more straightforward, less clumsy and more akin to darkwave not unlike Joy Division, Warsaw or Killing Joke. Despite the production being very rough shod (keep in mind this was originally recorded as a demo) and Wakeford's clumsy performance (especially those nearly atonal vocals on "Under Western Skies"), the band manages to sound professional. The "kicking" songs like Waiting, the title-track and Progress are quite enjoyable even if a pinch awkward.
The lyrics are obviously committed, but have some good meaning even apart from the National Front propaganda: in fact this is the first attempt done by Wakeford to capture the esoteric and regal doctrine indirectly implied in his political choice of the time.
Waiting… Waiting… Waiting
When the earth shakes and the dead awake To sing us their songs And we hear the march of fate And footsteps of the strong And we hear the call Carried on a wing Arise! Arise! Arise! A once and future king
Waiting for someone Waiting for someone to call
Waiting
Broken friendships Can cut like broken glass Better to keep one eye On the hourglass I hear of a visit From men across the sea Who settle scores by the sword Just like they used to be
Waiting for someone Waiting for someone to call
Waiting
The world is ruled by little men Too blind, too scared to see The glory that once was And yet again could be The world is sad and cold The gold has made us poor But through the cackling gloom It looks it's getting more the sure But through the cackling gloom It looks it's getting more the sure
Waiting for someone Waiting for someone to call

Choice lyrics come from "Roses," based on two poems by Nationalist poet Paul Comben. Little is known about Comben aside from his alleged ties to the Isles of the North Atlantic. He published two compositions of poetry called "1957: Before the Storm" and "Occupation."
The lyrics here cover the tragedy of battlefield death.
When young soldiers march past roses Roses bleed young blood And red drops from the rose bud To kiss a soldier's head Red drops of the rose blood Crimson petals of the dead
In the final living seconds An atmosphere of grief At the morning of your ending Gives way to timeless sleep You may think of times are wilting As you struggle for your breath But the only kiss that answers Is the frozen kiss of death
My mother likes to think that I died quickly My father likes to think that I died well The telegram had lied but quite discreetly Since I ended up as mincemeat and a smell
For the moment that my mother has her comfort My father has the strength of his beliefs Until, that is, they come and all is over To the crosses that have no one underneath

I hear your liberal bleating It's time for you to pay You sheep won't last forever You'll meet the wolves some day
Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon
Above your world of ruins Comes a new kind of man Spits out your Coca-Cola And your five-year plan I'm sick of your words The politics of slaves Our spirits are singing Above your decay
Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon
The ringing of the bells Drowns out the ringing phone The wolf pack aren't happy They're on the march back home
Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon Hear the song of the wolf As he sings to the moon
Chase Jones
The old Gods are calling From the hills across the sea A hundred flags are waving On a northern breeze Two tyrannies stand naked 'neath the setting sun A hundred flags are waiting For justice to be done
A hundred flags, a hundred drums Takes us from winter to our spring A hundred children singing This time, we win A hundred flags A hundred flags A hundred flags A hundred flags

All the same height and all the same weight All the same voice and much the same shape Pressed to a pattern and shoved into a line Bled by the rich and led by the blind
Such is the joining of people to state The state is the father, the mother and mate It knows how you think, it says what you need With total conviction it prints what you read
Mongrelise, centralise, kept to your place All the same colour and all the same race Freedom is freedom from dissident views Eyes full of terror and authorised news
It's best to be humble and do as you're told To speak as you're taught and die when you're old For such is the meaning of Marx and his words Wine for the reds and chains for the herd And death to the swine who are killed good and red And death to the swine who are killed good and red
And you get a life and we go to hell And this is the way, welcome to hell
Landon Fisher
The bell echoes across the field The priest calls his sheep to kneel The plough edge cuts, hardened through toil Calls of you to sing of blood and soil
Come, my children Sing your song All the Gods are dead, 'cept those who make us strong
Come, my children Sing your song All the Gods are dead, 'cept those who make us strong
Long it's slumbered, but never dead Deep in the woods, it raises its head It flexes its wings, the sunlight bleeds Risen in the west, to set us free
Come, my children Sing your song All the Gods are dead, 'cept those who make us strong
Come, my children Sing your song All the Gods are dead, 'cept those who make us strong
