The movement has been funded by Soros too.

Now, the situation in Poland the the Trump US is quite similar: those people control media and abuse it as much as possible. The government got control over the national television though. Yes, the media pump the issue, making it look a lot bigger than it actually is. In Poland, despite our history, the TV is still a primary media format.

The conflict is quite simple, if you look at it. The people of KOD are beneficiaries of the old system due to them cooperating with the communist government in the past, while PiS is a patriotic force. Disclaimer: I agree with neither, but actually support the democratically chosen government.

The conflict can be also described in terms of previous generation fighting with the current generation, who don't actually care about the previous generation losing power, as the current generation is very much indoctrinated by Janusz Korwin-Mikke, a national conservatist politician who strongly opposes bureaucracy. Most of the young people are patriots anyway. When you look at the KOD manifestations, they are mostly comprised of older people.

The KOD movement isn't grassroots, it's more like a total opposition. They don't voice reason, but on the other hand, some of the PiS' decisions are quite totalitarian in nature and they are the only loud opposition, so it may drive some people unsatisfied with the government, to go with KOD.

The yesterday's situation was apparently caused by PiS issuing a new ordinance, limiting the media access to the Sejm (Polish parliament). I don't think it was the real reason, they probably chose the right date. I think they are trying to provoke the government and make people overestimate their importance. They managed to obstruct the Sejm operations and make it look like an attempted coup. As a total opposition, those people are violent, but AFAIK no guns were fired (it's very hard to get a gun here). The government, possibly afraid of the public opinion, is trying to peacefully solve the situation.

I remember I saw even a document from Soros' foundation confirming the donation. I don't think Soros is actually anything more than a puppet and a scapegoat, otherwise he probably wouldn't be in a public view. I can't find the document right now.

1. They regulated media presence in parliament building.
2. They cut pensions for old commies.
3. There were some problems with financial Act and constitutionalists (lawyers) claim it might have passed unconstitutionally because there were some errors in procedure

1. is not censorship. Such regulations exist in most countries anyway. But the way government did it makes them seem like they are going too far. The govt won't back anyway because it would be seen as a sing of weakness and they're stubborn as fuck.
2. is a good thing.
3. might be a problem but normies don't care about this shit.

Anyway these things caused oppositions butthurt (bigger than the usual) so they've started protesting.
The main protest took place in friday night.
There was no real violence but some leftist retard attempted to pretend police hurt him (see attached video).
The opposition informed western media that there is violence so the world is convinced that there's a coup or some other shit happening in Poland.
In reality these were regular protests. Evacuating prime minister was overreacting and probably only happened because government was surprised to see this shitstorm break. Or maybe govt wanted to look like martyrs.
Opposition doesn't even have the potential to achieve anything because the only ones who support it are old people and SJW.

The politicians from PO took a peaceful route, by agreeing with PZPR (Polish United Party of Workers, the Polish Communist party) during the Round Table Agreement. As opportunists, they took an easy path and allowed the former governors to live in peace and prosperity and covertly rule the country. I think, that the PiS government is the first time in the modern history, when we aren't actually a puppet state and now they are working on renegotiating the deal.

By the way, PiS wasn't expected to win, the Soros faction didn't know that the fugee crisis will cause such a public outrage, especially in social media, that they don't actually control. Before the presidential elections, the election commitee was chosen by Bronislaw Komorowski, a former president with evident ties to the WSI (think: KGB faction in Poland, that in spite of being disbanded, does still operate), possibly trying to steal the elections for his second term. The polls didn't show, that president Duda (of PiS) was winning, except for independent ones. Another important fact, in my opinion, is that independent patriotic presidential candidates organized a Ruch Kontroli Wyborów (Movement for the Control of Elections), which tried to put independent people in every part of the election and succeeded in that. The parliamentary elections happened just month later, replicating the situation, giving PiS full power. There were many analogies to the Trump elections.

Why should Poland want to destroy the EU? We became one of the more powerful countries on the EU arena. Don't you see how Poland became a center of Eastern European politics, becoming a second faction, that may actually take control of the EU in the future?
