Vaccine doesn't directly cause autism, but the ingredients in it that are designed to activate the bodies immune response can increase the chance of a number of neurological conditions because they're incredibly toxic to biology.
It's a cumulative effect - heavy metals in vaccines (and consumed in food over time) pass through the blood brain barrier and end up lodged in the child's brain for life, disrupting neural pathways and effectively short circuiting brain function which can have a massive impact on development.
Will a vaccine give your child autism? Probably not.

Yeah, no. Vaccines are filled with disabled/dead viruses to trigger immunoresponse. Kids who get sick after getting a shot are simply having a immune response and will in the overwhelming majority of times respond to it in a day or two. Those who don't already had predisponsing illnesses which combined with the vaccine's trigger response had a bad outcome in the patient.

Wrong. The immune-response is not triggered by the disabled virus. Why would the body react to an inert virus? It reacts to the other garbage in the vaccine and then inadvertently learns how to right the virus. We basically trick the human body.

Modern (((science))) suggests that it might have something to do with a vitamin D deficiency while pregnant. Of course, scientists will suggest that anything is linked to autism to make a quick buck. However, vitamin D deficiency in pregnant women does make for a rather satisfying explanation for why autism has been on the rise over the past few decades. People have become glued to their computers, phones, and TVs like never before and hardly go outside anymore. Lack of sunlight also explains why the Finns are so fucking autistic. I know that if I ever have a pregnant wife, I'll probably try to talk her into getting lots of sun just in case.

The debate has been going on for a long time but never seem to conclusively go anywhere between corrupt pharma shills and feelie tinfoilers. What was you wife eating during pregnancy, breastfeeding? Most people seem pretty malnourished now on the standard diet of the cheap store stuff.
But it's also possible our people just have a heavy autistic trait to get aspie specialists. In earlier days it would have been balanced off by families practicing private eugenics. Even though the anti-eugenics memes that came with Christianity have been here for a while you must also remember that the last not even 100 years are the first time western states have had full oversight over the population. It was much more common that weaker children "mysteriously" died as short a while ago as back then, and no one would come around asking questions about it.
Might be an evolution type thing going on, where our biologies tries to form the perfect balance of functioning aspie specialist too. With the ones being too autistic as the fallout. But in reality, who knows? Might be a number of different things and circumstances.
You have my sympathy for your situation though. My wife has a colleague with a non-verbal autist son and they've been trying some sort of alternative diets and shit over a period of five years. He's gone from completely non-responsive to basically high functioning autist in that time, so there might be some slight hope for getting them to a point where they are at least able to handle their basic shit with some help. Don't know the details of the program they were following but I can find out if you want to.

Conclusion: There are 3 ways of getting autism;
1. being fucked in the head during pregnancy
2. having fucked BBB and trigger it at some point of life when exposed to ions/metals
3. having fucked BBB and trigger it with vaccines
Also, if you have slightly damaged BBB maybe one, two, five doses of vaccine won't do you anything, but the 6th will be the one to cause it. Here, USA plays important role, because you idiots give vaccines for most ridiculous shit like flu (flu viruses mutate each year and are not that harsh, so there is literally no point in vaccinating from that).
The rates of autism skyrocketed because of the terratogens, xenoestrogens (explains why is autism more prevalent in males), pregnancies that are artificially sustained (kid would be otherwise spontaneously aborted, but it wasn't and it was born with ishemic brain).
Also, major contributors are hard deliveries, and that is prevalent more and more because the lack of Oxytocin in women (having children with partners you do not love, or unplanned children), thus less contractions and more chances of damaging the baby.

I forgot to add the reason I have such an interest in the BBB is because of my Collies…it's well known that Collies have a severely damaged BBB and most breeders and vets know this and refuse to vaccinate them. The BBB has been damaged by a variety of causes, but mostly inbreeding thanks to Lassie popularity and people who have no clue on safe breeding practices. If you vaccinate a Collie, they will either have seizures and eventually die, will die at a very early age from serious illnesses or become a dog that continually barks. I have had Collies since the 1950's.
Also, rabies vaccines are contaminated with cancer cells, and that sets up any dog to die from some kind of cancer. Cancer in dogs was unheard of until about 25 years ago.

Wife went into labour with our first, had contractions so went to hospital, they said not dilated enough come back later, so we went home and waited.
Next day more contractions, head back, they get her ready, she goes into labour and they start monitoring with machines. Lasts eight hours, with cervix not dilating more than 4cm. They try numerous pain and inducing drugs, nothing works. Kid's heartbeat starts to get weak, so they decide to do cesarean. Seems healthy, but odd behaviour slowly starts to be noticed by us and doctors as he grows. By two, we have suspicions, but don't want to face reality. Close to age four, we get firm nudge from her father to get kid diagnosed, turns out he's high level autist. Now getting extra therapy from school and health orgs, which has really helped.
Wife was 34, kid vaccinated at birth and at 2, wife insists on doing flu vaccines. Also zero interest in sex for fun, hates nipple play, probably zero oxytocin.
I'd like to believe it's all environmental, but watching the little guy grow up, I see the same frustrations he is going through as what I went through growing up, and it makes me wonder if it is at least partly hereditary. But what do I know. That's in the past, and helping him is my future.

There is absolute hereditary damage in dogs…no knowledge of humans. Collies who were never vaccinated in 14 or more generations still show the MDR1 gene damage…either they are carriers or have the defect. The MDR1 gene is the gene that determines whether your BBB barrier closes or not.
