But after some copy pasting, rotating, scaling… I was not able to reproduce this. You cant see this in video since its not zoomed in.
But if you try by yourself you can clearly see that typewriter typed characters are not on same positions, they are way off, more than width of typewriters font lines.

I tried different orientations.
On last picture I matched document background, so that all printed tables and fields match. They match well enough that on superimposed picture it looks like one element. I did this to check if scanned documents are without any major distortions and in similar aspect ratio.

Since printed fields on empty birth certificate are on same position on every sheet, printed characters would also need to be on same position relative to fields table on both documents (could also be rotated a bit). If they were really copy pasted as one group.

Additionally in one Oahu pair where, according to Zullo words should be same (we can allow differences made by scanning, photocopying, settings), first O is clearly above other characters (which often happens on typewriters).

So yeah last 5 points of forgery also false

On last picture where I tried to do my best to check angles I used placing one layer over another with difference blending mode. That way you can see white glow (caused by bottom stamp) around top stamp.
Based on that I estimated that by eye we cant distinguish difference in two stamp angles if they differ for less than cca 0.5 degrees. This doesnt prove much but it can be used in estimation of odds that two documents have same angle on two stamps, but we would also need big enough sample of certificate stamped by same stamper for this.
