Why do so many of you here support Trump? What are you expecting to get out of Trump's presidency?

I think the US is pretty fucked. All we have left really is our military. Everything else is far behind most other developed nations, and getting worse nearly every day.
I'm personally most concerned about the level of control corporations have in our society, and the growing role which they have in our government. With the increasing lack of economic mobility, wage labor has become synonymous with slavery. With corporate mergers in the media, journalism and information has come to be dominated by just six corporations. With campaign "donations" and the revolving door between the government and executives, the state has essentially been bought and paid for.
Honestly, I don't know. I hear that around a lot, but I generally withhold judgement before I understand both sides of an argument.

Last year, the first time i have heard about him ( i'm EU ), it was when he started his campaign, just after he said that most of Mexican were rapist. Not knowing this situation in the USA, i thought it was a joke at first( the only time i have heard of Trump before was because of his casino in Atlantic city ) from him. I was bored and started to follow the Republican campaign, and he started to be clear on why he said that. I've started to do some research, and found that USA is in a horrible situation with the south border.
I started to look after his past when he started to shred in piece the other candidate and i must said i just fall in love with his state of mind. He fight to win. He don't waste time and money. And for the moment, he still keep his promise.

2) We need to fix our demographics
This will be a long process that will need multiple presidents.
3) Trump will be the first president to actually reduce all immigration significantly since 1940s.
He will also deport the illegals, who are propped up by legal families who will also leave if their cousins get sent back.

I guess because it's easiest I'll go with the narrative about Trump first. In a nutshell he's not remotely close to Hitler, I don't even think he's actually racist. What most Trump supporters believe is that the overton window has been shifted so far left that even common sense policy suggestions are shouted down as racist. So
1) The US obviously has a very porous southern border and there are ~11 million illegal immigrants in the US currently, these are agreed upon. Trump says that this is a serious problem, illegal immigrants are responsible for a disproportionate amount of crime and drug trafficking, they must be deported and at this point a wall is necessary. This is on the background of Democrats wanting amnesty, sanctuary cities, etc. for illegals (which you can't refer to them as even though they technically are) and explicitly rely on them changing the countries demographics to maintain power. Clinton herself eventually wants open borders. I'd say there's literally nothing wrong with Trump's position, it's what the vast majority of nations do and have done historically for a good reason, and even though building a wall is a meme it's literally what southern and eastern european countries have started doing to stop their countries falling apart since the migration crisis.
2) Islam and 'islamophobia'. This one is a massive one ever since criticizing Islam was shut down in any discussion as 'racist and gross' and utterly refuses to acknowledge that jihadi terrorism is a serious phenomenon and has come to western countries. Trump just saying 'radical Islamic terrorism' is treated as if it's bigotry with no basis in fact to even suggest it. Democrats treat muslims as an oppressed group who's religion mustn't be criticized and have no obligation to integrate socially if they migrate to western countries. Trump calling for a moratorium on muslim immigration isn't stupid when you consider that there's integration issues in every western country now, ISIS openly sends terrorists as 'refugees' as seen in France and Germany, and western Europe have had to turn into police states to make their populations safe from both terrorist attacks and gang violence.
3) Trump has never said anything that could even be construed as negative about blacks, gays, jews, asians, whatever. You'll be hardpressed to find anything that can justify saying he has any problem whatsoever with any of these minorities.
I think that pretty much covers the whole 'Trump is a racist bigot' narrative.
