Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge was awful when I visited, like a knockoff mishmash of disney-village-themed tourist trap shops and garbage food. I left there disappointed tbh fam, maybe with the insurance payouts they'll rebuild it into something nicer.

I have a couple of hypotheses: A) SJWs are the religious right of the left. Expressing disgust at morally objectionable behavior was regarded the trait of a fine Lady in the past. This trait has refined itself into the women and feminine men you know as SJWs, and the facial features of the women held these traits passed down through the generations. B) At some point early in their lives, the SJWs were rewarded for feeling disgust. It caused a release of endorphins which became habit forming. Over time, the steady release of these chemicals in response to disgust molded their physical features/face. The reasons why remain unclear. More research is necessary.

Pigeonforge and Sevierville are pretty tourist trappy but there are some comfy places right of off the main thoroughfare in Pigeonforge and lots of Gatlinburg are comfy.

Regardless, they've started doing it anyway in some of the smaller towns. My small hometown has exploded in size because of some mass migrations from Michigan and Florida. I don't know why they picked this place, but a great deal of them did.
