It's Contemporary Anarchist theory that attempts to permanently break away with any association and cooperation with the old left and the new left and its methods to gain socialism. (Wich always have proven to betray Anarchists) Post Left Anarchy came from the Anarcho-Individualist school of thought (Egoism,Illigalism and insurrectionary) and the Situationalist International. (Who Most Marxists consider revisionism)

Instead of focussing on the working class as the revolutionary agent for revolution, post left anarchy disregards the marxist concepts of social classes and focusses on the Individual wich is based on the ideas's of Marx Stirner.
It's focus on Egoistic Individualism will make any kind of collectivist, statist, idealogist or Marxist dislike it. Also because post left writers criticize the living shit out of all what the old left and new left stands for like its unpractical theory's of the academia, the silly acts of activism, the cooperation with national liberation movements by leftists, indentity politics and the flawwed democracy of groups.

If you like Stirner you should definitely check out post left essays from Wolfi Landstreicher, Bob Black, Jason McQuinn and Lawrence Jarach. But if you prever the old left fetishism you should check out Murray bookchin. (Its kidna sad that i see nobody here ever mentioning this old rat who is the last theorist of the old left)

One of rare things I really apriciate from post-left anarchists is abolition of work, i like thy are analysis but I don't think they contribiuted enough to the concrete measures of overcoming work on global scale, Communization theories stand much stronger on that issue
