Ive had pretty regular dreams that start out as a sort of primordial chaos that is constantly shifting and morphing.Ive had focus issues as well when trying to visualize things during sleep or meditation. The best advice i could give is train your sight to follow where it goes, and if it stops, continue to focus. Breathing pattern can help make focus easier as well.

There's obviously a profound link between what's in our minds and what is in reality. I mean, Trump Tower started off as an idea, became a blueprint, and then tens of thousands of people fashioned the stuff of matter through various long-studied techniques and now, it's something so solid you'll break your hand punching it. But that's a long and sweaty and difficult process. What we seem to be talking about is… streamlining the method of getting from idea to material product in some way.

I think that the answer to that is up to us. We desire a world free from parasitic influence, where each man is encouraged to forge his own path and achieve as much as he can through the character of his soul and the iron force of his will.

What greater quest could we have than forging that very world by internalizing and then externalizing those very ideals? This grand memetic struggle could very well be a component of our "test" to see if we are truly worthy of living in the world we idealize.

Imagine exercising and pushing the limits with methods you have learned work best.
Or you are at work and covering for others who have called in sick but you know all the things that need to be done.
Imagine cooking a fresh new meal with ingredients you've used before and a method you've used before but not in this new way, a challenge but you are relaxed.
All of these can be meditation.

Lucid dreaming is hit and miss, there is no level of ascension to be gained there - it is mostly escape from reality.

For lucid dreaming start keeping a dream journal and going to sleep when you're very tired. You will sleep deep and dream vividly.

As for absolute truth, the bible still does that. However, the bibles truth is passed down in understanding through the holy spirit (the understanding of God's word in and through Jesus Christ), oral tradition, and cannonical tradition. Having knowledge of the culture around these times also contributes to understanding the bible.

The bible is not like other religious books in that it must be interpreted at face value, rather it is interpreted on a deeper level than mere text. This is why some of the early church fathers were against the idea of solo scriptura, as the text alone does not provide the understanding to get what God was trying to say.

There are two problems I see with this method of thinking.

(1) The esoteric fields are much more than "meme magick." It took a while for Christianity to really set in. Europeans were mostly pagan in belief and attitude until a few centuries after than were Christianized. I think people tend to oversell the harshness of Holla Forums. I can draw comparisons between different villain groups in media (especially anime) who want to bring a change deemed "dangerous" by the heroes/writer of the show/both and Holla Forums. I've never heard this before anywhere but it occurred to me if 9/11 wasn't memetically created by Americans and the emergency phone number "911".

Think about it, 911 is like a sigil or glyph to hundreds of millions, and something that will be in the minds of people suffering extreme emotions and distress, powerful energy for sure. I could see if you were going to go with the angle of Kek being a creation of anons posting Pepe that 9/11 (and subsequently Benghazi and even Hillary collapsing) could be caused by the emergency number 911.
