Was that Dothraki that Bronn speared in any previous episodes or was he just a random?

They all look the same to me.

I know this is the wrong place to ask but are there any novellas or at least standalone novels that are in line with GoT that are worth reading?

Not really but some of the animated stuff is good.

So Arya is now the best swordfighter in the entire series, right?
Is there anybody she couldn't beat with her retarded looking fighting style?

At the end of the last thread we were discussing the early years of Dany & Visery's in Essos.

Keeping their identities a secret seems like objective # 2, after keeping them alive. Why would they be poor? Surely someone sees their value or they wouldn't be alive in the first place.

They wouldn't be Prince & Princess rich obviously but not Viserys selling his boipussy poor either.

Better than the show tbh.

Wasn't it that Illyrio friend of Varys's from season 1 backing them? The fat pentoshi neckbeard who brokered Daenerys's marriage to Drogo? He didn't return in the show for some reason.

Gone but never forgotten ;_;

He was but not until much later say a year or 2 before the show began. So why did Varys let them live like commoners and not set something like this up from day one?

Book Varys was betting on Faegon like a moron but show Varys has no such excuse. Unless living like normalfags would tame that Targ blood or something.

The answer is that Varys doesn't give a fuck about Dany or Viserys.

Faegon?

If the overheard by Arya conversation between Varys and Illyrio in the dragon crypt(was it?) is any indication, they were planning to bring the Targaryans back to Westeros, once they had more than a halesar in their camp.

LOL

Bronn fighting on the Lannister's sides makes no sense. He knows the writing is on the wall and tells that battle is lost. Instead of running away or siding with Daenerys, he stays and fights by Jaime's side. Not that I am complaining but…
He has a lot of loyalty for a hired gun

nice. if they cant remove a fucking embed on their site, what are they fucking administrating? layabouts

Game of Tumblrs

Missed his chance of rescuing Bad Pucci, giving her the antidote and then sailing back to Sunspear with a hot grateful wife who is now the rightful heir to the Martell throne.

Bronn you dun goofed!

...

GRMM introduced a young man in the later books who is claiming to be Aegon Targaryen VI.

The rightful heir to the throne who Varys smuggled out of the Red Keep and tricked the Mountain into killing some other poor common folk baby instead.

If this sounds like a waste of time…welcome to books 4 & 5.

Wait… so He is totally removed from the series? wtf.. I heard the series is past the books currently. It feels like the show has dropped in its writing, dialogue and story a bit the last two seasons and that some of the choices for plot seemed weird to be frank. Do you happen to know when the series went past the books?

Most senseless death besides Waif tbh

The series went past the books on Season 5 with Jon's death on Castle Black. Literally everything afterwards was original to the show.

I have a feeling that they cut out Aegon as well as Lady Stoneheart because their storylines in the books are still open and either they didn't knew what to do with it, or they were forbidden by Martin to use them.

You're not missing out on anything worth the reading/watching time by sticking to the show after first three books though, as user → implies by "welcome to books 4 & 5" there's a whole lotta of cr*p in past two installments that got scrapped in adaptation for a good reason. Fake Aegon being one of the major omissions.

Also should be noted that some of the plotlines were adjusted even before that point.

The Iron Bank which is made up of former slaves in the anti-slavery Braavos now support slavery because the show needs black and white conflict for the plebs watching this medieval soap opera.

Makes you think?

Appreciating the effort to archive our quality threads :) However we're on #15 as of now, there were 5 /got/s between Ep3 and Ep4 during previous week.

There's this awful gap between my car seat and handbrake where my phone loves to fall in from pocket while driving. Takes 5 minutes to dig it out from there ;_;

Wasn't it only founded by former slaves like a thousand years ago or something? Makes sense that their descendants fifty generations later would rather maximize the profits by being involved in the most relevant trade in Essos rather than being attached to ancient tradition. They're bankers, not some proud knightly order

Ayy

...

Book 4 & 5 have lots and lots of problems but become significantly more readable with the alternate reading orders (A Ball of Beasts, Boiled Leather or A Feast with Dragons).
Just do yourself a favour and don't read them in publication order.

and I thought wrestling fans had terrible tattoos

Team Lannister reporting in.

That one was most likely random, but I've noticed that the one saying "Your people can't fight" to Tyrion while Drogon was incinerating Lannister army is the same guy who took Kitlet's sword when he arrived at Dragonstone. Probably the Blood Rapist or some other high ranking Dothrak

How many people in the books are trying to marry Dany before Grrm gave up?

...

Here bro. Is all hope lost?

Idiots exist everwhere

I try to stay away from spoilers but Cersei and Jaime are the best couple ever.

What are all those people with Kelly C tattoos going to do if when she turns out to be another mad Targaryen? Last battle was indicating enough, even if causuals are too dim to pick up on it yet

Forgot pic

probably the same thing is gonna do when Bayley turns heel:

Plus they have genuine arcs and developments, unlike some other *ehm*FYRE AND BL-*ehm* primary characters.

Why did Arya ask which Lady Stark was in charge of Winterfell when she was at the gate?

There's only 2 of you dammit.

Tbf I can perhaps imagine myself giving AFFC another go at some point in (distant) future but you'd make me read ADWD for the third time only if the other option was forced manual labour or torture.

He's 188 cm and 87 kg while I'm 185cm and 85 kg
Literally me on the right

Why wasn't this outfit included?

How hasn't Theon killed himself yet? He's been getting sh*t on every other episode for 5 years now. What's keeping him alive even?

I thought you guys were memeing when you said that average show watchers still cheer for Daenerys even after the last battle, but WOTW chat is full of posts like that one above. Wtf

Now that dust has settled, what did these characters bring to the show?

What on earth are they wearing?

badpucci, and perfect tits.

every time he wants to end himself he thinks about anthony burch which makes him chuckle and get shit on for another day

:3

Best scene. Buttslut confirmed ninja.

Dorne was never an A player in the mythos so i'm fine with the show treating them as C players, Oberyn excepted of course.

Still not sure why Queen Fatass sailed right past Sunspear on her way to Dragonstone though. Leave the Unsullied there and have them sail to Casterly Rock while the Dornish army meet up with the Tyrell army and march on King's Landing.

The Greyjoys/Dothraki can take Storm's End and Dany and the other half of the Dothraki can land on Dragonstone and provide protection.

AGI: 100, all perks unlocked

Gonna miss those tits ;_;

...

Kek

Buttslut and the phoenix force need to get naked.
Also, this is missing The REAL Queen, and her literally perfect tits.

That bit with Casterly Rock could be skipped altogether and Unsullied put to better use. If KL falls then it's just a formality to march west and take it from the feeble Lannister garrison there. Come to think of it, Dragonstone doesn't have much importance either besides
Very good bush you posted there, I wish Maisie had one like that :P

...

pretty much GoT in a nutshell. if you wanna watch porn, just watch porn you plebs.

Cersei's body double doesn't count. Show nudes only!

did you not see episode 3? She gout out of bed and holy shit. Pink, big, and p e r f e c t'.

...

You sick fuck.

why even live user? Why even live?

The only good thing in this episode: the battle. It was really well shot.

I would argue that the novellas are better than the 'main' series. If GURM doesn't miss the deadline in October, there will be six novellas. Three Dunk and Egg novellas and three historical novellas.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms

The Hedge Knight
The Sworn Sword
The Mystery Knight

The Princess and The Queen, or, The Blacks and The Greens
The Rogue Prince, or, a King's Brother
The Sons of the Dragon (October 10)

Anyone have a screenshot of this.

film wasn't out obviously.

Who else watches reaction vids on Jewtube?

It may be my greatest shame.

this bush 😍

Sophie is pretty but her legs :/

Is that Lardbutt's stunt artist?

NO WIFE OF A CENTURION OF CAESAR'S LEGION WILL BE ALLOWED TO WALK IN PUBLIC WITH SAVAGE BUSH LIKE THAT

GoT needed Pullo and Vorenus, still in character from Rome, inexplicably needing to travel to the Wall from Dorne.

What's the bet there will be a scene like this between Bran and Littlefinger?

at least you can change your name without surgery

Glorious

There is so much about this post that is underrated.

...

I can never look at her the same way after seeing this music video

Euron on his to finger Cerseis bum and Greyworm going to Casterly Rock would have needed to pass each other to do so
So did the hacks not realize this or did Euron let them pass unmolested just cause, or because the unsullied need to be intact and Euron and his fleet must be dragonfired and the hacks said fuck it and didnt bother to come up with a reason as to why they wouldnt?

The returning magic broke down the local space time.

The plan seemed to be to allow the Unsullied to take Casterly Rock and then burn their ships as they lay in anchor in harbour with skeleton crews at best. Zero chance of defeat that way but also minimal casualties on the Unsullied enemy.

Should have attacked the Unsullied at sea and killed the lot of them then and there. Clearly Euron's fleet was at best a couple hours behind them and it seems they wanted it that way. Why? Because it's more dramatic that way i suppose.

Its like you are new here or something

Jamie: "I don't know what you are or where you are from, but I like to tell you something about I read. A story from Casterly Rock, a city you destroyed. It's a Classic."
Dany: *surprised sounding dragon noise*
Jamie: "There is a guy Loren. He held a bridge alone against a whole army. And what Loren said was: "How can a man die better …"
Tyrion: "You don't have to die, Jamie. She doesn't have to die."
Jamie: "Everbody dies, Brother. The thing is to die well." *grabs lance and rides towards the Dragon and Dany*
Dany Fangirls and Fanboys: "That's no the episode you promised me, Benioff & Weiss!"
Jamie: *looks directly into the camera, breaking the fourth wall, his gace seems to pierce through the screen and directly into the heart of any Danyfag*
"No, it's not. What Loren said was: "How can a man die better, than facing fearful odds, for the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his gods."
*skewers dany like a shashlik riding her through with his lance and pinning her torso against her dragon, both die immideatly upon impact*

What did they mean by this?

Don't bully Kit Harrington! It's not his fault he can't reach the cookie jar!

Davos: "Hey, do you want to prove that you have a personality?"

Jon: "Nah, not time for a personality. And besides locker room talk is sexist."

bravo.
You should write novels I enjoyed it.

And I suppose it is also not his fault he always looks like he is about to cry?

If Dany gets killed next season, will Jon become the ruler of the seven kingdoms instead?

Jesus christ, don't tell me you don't know where this is from.

youtube.com/watch?v=o5M184XaNE8

What were they thinking?

So here were my options:

A. Retreat to a safe distance, wait for my army to neutralize the threat and then finish taking down the enemy with a flank burning swoop.

B. Take the ballista bolt painfully to the shoulder and fall the ground, vulnerable.

Should have gone with option A

At this point I side with the Lannisters over Dairy Queen or the Manlet in the North just because they've been fighting and scheming for 7 seasons now and have not stopped, slackened or tired.

Tell me, why does he sit in the chair?

I want to see either Bronn or Jamie kill that Dragon.

I am less with the Lannisters and more with Jamie. I love him. Great actor, has a personality and really an Alpha.

Why do you capitalize dragon?

hey

i just met you

and this is crazy

but advise me on battle strategy

and fuck me maybe

She saw the deadly anti-dragon weapon clearly enough to intentionally fly into its sights.

Yeah I should have clarified. I don't really care for the Lannisters as much as I care for Jaime.

forgot about this user, I will watch it again tonight.

thanks for the (you)s

also nice dubs

This is so fucking stupid, if dragons were this pathetically defenseless how did the Targaryens conquer Westeros so easily with just three dragons in the past, we're supposed to believe nobody in all the seven kingdoms thought to use siege weapons against them before? It's not exactly a revolutionary new technology. I was under the impression their scales were harder than any man-made armor barring maybe Valyrian steel. Do D&D at least give us some exposition as an excuse for this shit like "ahh we're lucky the dragons are still adolescent, if they were fully grown nothing would pierce their hide"?

tbh Dany is using the dragons were stupidly

What she should have done is to fly to the red keep and torch it. That would be the correct use of a dragon. Then you demand the surrender of the City Guard who will probably take command.

Instead she and her army were telerported in the middle of westeros, between KL and Highgarden. Granted I might believe that Jamie could be surprised by her, because she could have used the dragon to scout and attack scouts who witnessed the landing of the Dothraki.

But what he said. That would be correct use of a Dragon.

Also it's weird how the other Dragons aren't following her. I imagine that they would just imitate what Drogon is doing.

Or maybe that time she caged them up made it impossible to control them like that anymore.

I'd be happy with the explanation that bolts have Valyrian steel heads, it would give them the balance that they seriously need. The only other way to do it would be for Cersei to only build a few ballista, which doesn't make doesn't make any sense at all (but will probably be what they go with).

I don't want Cersei to die though.

...

You realize at sufficient velocity just about anyhing can pierce anything else, right? The innovation of the scorpion is the force at which it can launch the bolt.

if you know what I mean

Can a ballista bolt pierce a black hole at high enough velocity?

checkmate user

youtube.com/watch?v=luaRVN_tsKI

18:45 Jesus Christ, he used to be better than that. No wonder I unsubscribed a few months ago.

user, the video is only 16:28 minutes long.

The problem with the franchise is the bipolar disorder it has over "realism".

GRRM tries to display a somewhat realistic medieval world but then lol dragons and magic XD.

I like the "magic is rare" type of setting in stories

They didn't, iirc my lore correctly they didn't conquer Dorne and one of their dragons was killed by an arrow trying.

You're right though in a world with dragons and magic they wouldn't just rely on standard swords and shields, they would have developed powerful anti-dragon ballista long ago. If this play out "realistically" the Lannisters would have got word from their scouts about the Dothraki army and Dragons approaching, built up a defense in Highgarden, shot down the dragons with a shed load of bolts. The end.

How come most of the actors on this show are so mediocre?

I meant 8:45, sorry.

It's really not realistic though.

Fucking noble houses ruling the same stuff for hundreds or thousands of years? The unrealistic size of Westeros? medium.com/migration-issues/westeros-is-poorly-designed-3b01cf5cdcaf
The incredibly stable rulership of the Targaryen dynasty?

I think characters like Jon suffer from the "boring protagonist syndrome".

we can thank "Phyllis, who made me put the dragons in"

...

I don't have a problem that unrealistic things happen in a story because of drama but the show invites the criticism when one minute it goes from Bron talking about the realism of fights that people aren't told about, to the next the Lannisters have no scouts and can't get word of a huge army approaching them from miles away. If you're going full on fantasy trash fiction as GoT does then don't have your characters start talking about realism.

I want to put my penis inside that dragon.

Slightly later…

Even later…

>Goes into battle with a bunch of war-crazy illegal immigrants savages from the East who were stupid enough to not to try to capture/enslave/rape/kill her after she walked away from a burning building naked and unarmed after just killing their leaders.

Also…

I just hope that they won't call to attention on how the Kingslayer wasn't able to kill her just because of some Eowyn "I am no man" bullshit. Now that's making it too obvious that she's a precious princess who got everything she got throughout the entire show was just because she was a) a woman; and b) of Targaryen blood and not because of anything she actually did. Her whole rise to power even reads like a supervillain origin story.

Jon Snow is a terrible Mary Sue character, as is Dany.

Better actors could help but they've given bad actors bad characters so you end up with the better characters/actors in orbit of the bad characters/actors and they can't bounce off them properly.

See how Littlefinger's character has collapsed now that he's in orbit of the superkids.

But she didn't wink, user-kun.

Are we really supposed to believe that a bunch of wild Dothraki savages could just take on a highly advanced Lannister army? What a joke.

I actually think Casterly Rock got off pretty easy.

Tbh I can sort of forgive that. Allow me to be Devil's Advocate.

I buy it. Especially if the fight was near King's Landing, not close to High Garden.

The Problem I have with Jon is that he is completly bland and uninteresting.

Missandei is probably going to be rich as fuck, because of her employment to Dany.

I think that was, because everyone told her she shouldn't use nukes, I mean dragons.

But I already said what you said here:

Or she didn't want a bloodbath like her advisors advised her.

It wasn't that. It was him acting like he was super angry, even though he wasn't.

That was the tower of joy, right?

wew

I don't think GRRM or D&D are capable of understanding what they've written.

"slavery is wrong"
"FREEDUMS"
"btw if you don't do what I say then dragons will blow you up XD"

The contradictions I've pointed out are obvious but it's beyond the comic book mentality of someone like GRRM.

>if you don't do what I say then dragons will blow you up KGB will cut you up
that's what freedom means to leftists

What weapon is Cersei going to use to defeat Dany's dragons?

Mongolians managed it against the Poles :^)

Davos: LOL Tyrion. Nice battle, too bad me and my son were on the wrong side and him and all the men I fought with GOT BLOWN THE FUCK UP.

Funny business. :)

did you see how thin their shield wall was?
the dothraki could just jump over them and nothing would get in their way

She will chuck rocks at them and they'll just fall apart.

Mongolians, unlike Dothraki, weren't opposed to using armor and other military innovations, though

So Dany is just going to burn down King's Landing then?

You would need a scene of them saying they lost contact with their scouts but just the act of losing contact would tell them something is wrong so they wouldn't be surprised.

Given where Dragon Stone is and where High Garden is a sneak attack would be pretty much impossible. It's the same thing that happened with Ramsey, hack writers think that battles are fought by two huge armies blindly marching into each other. It works as drama just don't have your characters talking about realism as they engage in completely unrealistic scenarios.

By the way why was their Mount & Blade music playing during the Dorthraki charge? Especially when they started using bows on horseback?

Pretty much.

The goal of the Targs is to enslave Westeros but since Dany calls it freedom it's good.

You could draw parallels with other Leftist nerd fiction like Star Wars, the Dragons are the Death Star and Dany is Tarkin. Same thing but Leftist thought is entirely informed by desert tribal politics so they can't understand this.

doesn't sound like any particular part of M&B
the real question is why did they surf the horses
they could just shoot while sitting

Where did this meme come from?

Yes, remember this scene?

that 'meme' as you put it, comes from history.

from butthurt euros, of course

Is there still wildfire left in King's Landing that Cersei could use to blow everything up?

My prediction:

Jamie is going to be forcefully seperated from Cersei. They are not going to see each other again, unless Jamie realizes that Cersei went off the deep end.

Cersei is going to do something that will make her seem crazy. Either oppress the people in some way or blow up something with wildfire.

Because of dramatic necessity they can only meet again, untill she is going to commit some atrocity.

It might even be the Case that Jamie is not going to be seen again, untill that confrontation.

I really want to know what'll happen to Jamie for the remainder of the season.

...

Me too. I want him to have a happy ending.

Former Valyrian slaves. They also share a city with a cult of magical assassins that also hate slavery. Braavos has plenty of reasons to hate Targarians; Dragons, descended from a race of wizards that enslaved half the continent before blowing up, blowing up a chunk of the continent and spreading zombie-leprosy, stealing precious shekels to line dragon pits with and so on. The point is that they made up a new reason, instead of just saying "we're accountants and dragons are bad for commerce. We can make money from conventional war, but magic and fantasy beasts, that shit's got to go."

Dany is going to die beyond the wall, isn't she?

FOOK OFF

...

ayy

This is all too complex and makes the story too grey, they need a black and white story of noble Targ dragons saving the world from slavery.

POTTERY

...

So the woman who is going to "cast down" Cersei and "take all she holds dear" will be Daenerys, right?

They don't seem evil when you put it that way, user

RUN, DROGON!!

This has been obvious since the moment the prediction happened. It's not even subtle.

The directors tried to make it look like Margaery was the "younger, more beautiful queen" who was going to steal her son from her.

BRAVO GRRM

...

She pretty much already metaphorically "lives like a queen" who just happens to serve an actual one. Although, the only thing keeping things that way is her boss staying a boss.

Speaking of her, I highly doubt that "many things" could have possibly happened between her and a eunuch considering the latter's condition. Even if one gets imaginative his condition still greatly limits anything that could have gone on.

Didn't they advise against using it on populated areas because of the collateral damage? This attack was 100% against Lannister troops in a large, vast and empty field that was big enough that they had a literal Mulan-style "flood of Huns" scene with the Dothraki. Dragon or not, that field is going to be a blood bath. With those conditions, all the damage from a dragon, potential or not and collateral or not, would be to troops, friendly or not.

Even if it wasn't in that field, with the kind of damage that dragons do, wouldn't it be no different from the casualties that'll result from just sending an army through any populated area filled with both innocents and enemies? Dragons just do it faster with a lessened loss to one's own troops, troops that, in this case, think that their Queen cares for them because she freed them.

One would think that a smarter army of the most skilled and fearless "freed slaves" who killed their previous masters would have done it earlier.

fugging saved :DDD

Top work, user.

When GRRM started writing the series it was more grey, Dany was 13 years old and her only claim to power was being a Targ Dragon Rider from "Valyria", a bunch of dragon riding assholes with silver hair and purple eyes that subjugated the world until they got mysteriously blown up with only a few incestuous Targs surviving..Those surviving Targs being Valyerian assholes subjugated Westeros since their home got blown up.

This is the lore that GRRM wrote but somehow the show changed it into Valyerian heroes trying to save the world from slavery. It went from factional power struggles to moral struggles and that conflicts with what's in the lore. A bunch of assholes trying to fuck each other over to clearly defined good guys and bad guys. Also some shitty Ice Zombies as a global cooling parable "Humans may all be asshole but global warming/ice zombies will get them".

GRRM sucks but the GoT writers suck worse.

...

Do you feel in charsh?

that's a good tattoo because it doesn't actually look like emilia clarke.

Cersei probably tried to get Tyrion and Margaery killed because she wanted to "destroy" the prophecy that she was told when she was younger so badly. This is also the reason why she pushed her friend down the well.

>Not so fast, Queen-Regent! This Song of Ice and Fire™ is not over yet!

Seriously, George?

No, they're assholes that play kingmaker in every land they have dealings with. In addition to lending money, Braavos is a center of trade, shipbuilders, mercenaries and arms dealers. The westernmost cities of Essos are all in competition with each other, similar to warring Italian city states. They're effectively mobsters, but they have their own navy and a cult of assassins, or maybe the faceless men are pulling the strings and the Iron Bank is their public face. Lys, where Varys is from, has their own bank and shit.

Littlefinger was Braavosi, or maybe his family was, I can't remember. His big plot is backed by money from the Iron Bank and he could very well be an agent of theirs. The reason that the Seven Kingdoms is in debt is because he played middleman to the Iron Bank while Robert was still alive, making himself rich in the process. The show has him removed from all the Braavosi stuff, scheming extra bowls of soup from the northmen.

Robin hobbs the farseer trilogy and the sequels.

only a leftard or jew could write this trash.

only a complete goy could accept it.

I'm not even a GoT fag everything I know about the lore I learned from watching some short clips of the bluray extras and skimming a few wiki articles yet I seem to understand the show better than it's hardcore fans.

I almost forgot about Bran's vision. I wonder if it'll actually be Dany herself who will fly to King's Landing, or if it'll be Bran himself, warging through one of Dany's dragons.

How the scene with Cersei and the Iron Bank guy would have played out if the writing wasn't trash targeted at morons -

how it was written -

I read that when I was a wee little lad. Didn't like Fitz being a cuck and he should have fugged the twink fool tbh. The magic ship stuff was also weird, iirc there was a pirate who fell in love with a whore. Women can't write male characters at all.

ASOIAF isn't worth reading because of how padded it is and it's unfinished, but there are some neat stuff in there, hence to relieve my blue balls I want to read something similair but shorter and finished.

Uh not really though, Cersei mentioned all that shit about her freeing slaves and her "we are the 99%" shit, and convinced bankman to keep supporting her.

And while they didn't get paid, Dany just melted a lot of gold. So I don't see them turning to her either, especially since she doesn't seem interested in their help.

yes really, it's obvious why the writers skipped the lore and make the characters 1 dimensional, Dany is the good guy that's "breaking the wheel" and fictional facts can't get in the way.

the gold didn't get burned, she just burned all the food supplies. The gold made it to King's Landing.

What a fucking nuisance. Does anyone but little grills and manlets like this character ?

Must have missed that line, I assumed since Bronn got paid out of the wagon and Tarly wanted to flog the men to get them moving faster that the loot train was full of gold (and D&D even call it the "loot train" which implies its gold and other valuables).

They were. Only under brutal regimes did they get together and do shit right. The rest of the time they were too busy taking each others wives and starting wars over it.

...

Wow, what a dumbass

...

And then then russians and other slavs fucked them back so hard they became a memory of the past.

Irrelevant. Nobody says the Romans in general were undisciplined because some of them #YOLOed during the early kingdom period.

Wow, so fucking mad, alt-reddit memetween

wah? It's long been hinted to be Sansa. Sansa and Sandor will fuck up Cersei and Gregor.

You can even see in the preview for the next ep she immediately returns to Dragonstone and they try and convince her to head for the wall.

What if both Jaime and Cersei get killed by the wildfire, and all that remains of King's Landing are ashes? Isn't that part of Dany's dream?

Are you finished spamming interracial porn and triggered rants about Trump, goon? Is GoT your next target?

yeah, I'm the one who's mad here. sure thing pal.

She is seriously fucking annoying this season, the bread eating scene made me cringe like a motherfucker

I think the writers have watched too much anime, she's written like a 2D character.

Overall during their existence the romans were known for having some of the most well organized armies who could build structures and roads.
The mongols meanwhile were known for terrror tactics, being bandits and tons of infighting. Poor to no literacy, late written alphabet, nomadic lifestyle.
Quite frankly the only organized thing about them were genocides, raids and terror.

is this supposed to be a bad or a good thing?

there are a lot of 2d characters that are written really well

It's a bad thing because you have to take the medium into consideration when you write. A little girl ninja dancing around a big ugly dyke and besting her in combat works in animation and to some extent in ridiculous live action but not in GoT.

are we watching the same series?
GoT was always wacky medieval hi-jinks.

Awe. True to Caesar.

...

And somehow immune to fire again even though the first time was a rare magical event that needed a fucking meteor passing by closely

Yeah but the whole tiny ninja thing is just one step too far. And I do believe the entire series would have been better as an anime.

Oh there was a meteor there. Just not the one you think.

THICC

what an insightful observation

The 'fire' in fire & ice is really Sansa's incendury pubic flash of brilliant orange flame.

She will fuck the night king and pass on whatever her ex-husband gave to her.

p.s. spoilers above

...

you just know

know what?

ask common filth

I did

It's too much of a pussy to kill itself.

It's a great point for controlling naval access to Kings Landing. Or at least it would be, if D&D weren't such hacks.

The books did it first. Cersei believes Margery is the younger queen. It's either Sansa or Dany who is the younger queen.

I AM THE BREAKER OF CHAINS. KNEEL TO ME, AND DO ME HOMAGE!

>It's either Sansa or Dany who is the younger queen
ftfy

Dany is pretty much using American foreign policy, start the freedum and do as I say or I bomb you/burn you with muh dragons.

Best of Episode 4 coming soon

speaking of Finland, GRRM is going there for a con this week

That's prime Maisie right there. I wish she'd stayed like that, in every way.

If that is her in her 'prime', I shudder to think what she will look like once she's past her prime.

YEAH, THIS IS IT!

IT'S TREASON THEN
URRRAAAGGGHHHH

/got/ > Game of Thrones

...

The everyone speaking 'common' always pissed me off.
Westeros is fucking massive and would be very susceptible to linguistic drift. The North was never conquered by the Andals and wouldn't even be speaking in their language group, and just because a language is the same on paper doesn't mean it's at all legible (Icelandic/Faroese, different dialects of Norwegian, Chinese).
The Westerosi peasants should be speaking a multitude of languages and the nobles should speak West Valyrian or something.

thanks

wait a second, he actually wrote that?

Her cunt became the world.

...

He's the highest rank of the dothraki, closest to Kaleesi.
English actor.

If I'm going to create another language, I'll have someone create it for me. No time for that shit. Besides, my country had a hundred different dialects. I'll just pull one from those hundred than create new shit.

What are you writing about?

That's how it felt while filming it.
Lannisters had tactics, formations, superior weapons and armour, and numbers.
If they had edited what was filmed in a different way, you would see a dothraki defeat.

Most of what was filmed is not visible in the episode.

t. Lannister soldier

KE=(1/2)Mv^2

Haha, still need mass in there, kiddo. Correcting your statement wasn't personal.

Then why was the army separated, and why were all the leaders hanging back with the stragglers.
Makes no sense.

Fuck them for killing off the lannister army.

This is insightful.

High fantasy.

Exactly.
Are you some kind of dothraki sympathiser?

You can be a bit more detailed than that, user. What's your inspiration?

Not at all. Which shot were you in? Did you die honorably?

It really makes you think.

It really made me think

Leave it up to G-d's chosen to write, produce, and direct this steaming pile of dog shit.
Game of Thrones is fucking dumb and anyone who watches it is a jew loving faggot.

Well, you're not entirely wrong.

got tired of watching Holla Forums, playing vidya, reading comics/manga and shitnovels.

An idea sparked a year and a half ago and it meanders until I got a structured book.

...

What's wrong with that? It's just how the story played out xD

Unfortunately, most of what was filmed isn't visible, from the amount of cgi fire and so on and the quickness of the shots.
I was a few different soldiers, Tarly for one day, Lannister the rest.
I died as a Tarly, in the deep background when Jaime is attacked by the Dothraki - probably not visible.
As lannister, a couple of different roles, soldier types.
I'm in the trailer for about half a second, and the same scene appears in the episode, as a spearman.
I'm probably in other shots running around, hard to tell without 4k.

I'll be in the next episode, probably more clearly. You'll see.
Most of us died a few times, for background shots, but I survived to the 5th episode.

As in a positive value. A spec of paper traveling 200,000mph will rip you to shit.

So fat dragon queen finally reached westeros? why's she killing lannisters, weren't they defeated after tyrion killed his father anyway? and what happened with those faggy "muh ships" guys that worshipped the sea or some shit? Is that bitch that was ned stark's wife still around as a zombie?

Yes. No. Civil War. No.

...

It's me, Jaime. It was me all along, Jaime. Even my immediate family bought it!

Are they attempting some kind of joke with the Rickon/Dickon shit over the whole changing Asha to Yara to avoid the mongtards at home confusing her with Osha?

Don't forget about Bronn, Bran, Brienne and Bren.
Rickon is stark, Dickon Tarly.
Asha is Yasha is Osha is Yoshi.

It sounds like you've got a novel sized idea scrambling around in your brainpan, do you have a sample chapter or something done? Or is it at the ideaguy stage?

Sounds pretty cool tbh.

What about Braun.

Hahaha, a spec of paper traveling at that speed within the atmosphere would burn up. Nice try yet again, kiddo. I'll have you know I have an IQ of 278. You are but a cockroach to me.

If they edited together all they filmed for the pre-battle and battle scenes, they could easily put an hour long film of it on the dvds/bluerays.

Pre-battle was a couple of days of us hanging out in the campsites near the wagons. We each had different roles to do. We spent the whole day more or less living like medieval times.
During the battle there was a lot of fighting going on all over the place. You only see brief flashes of it as it was all background stuff.
They really put a lot of effort in to make it seem realistic.
The burning guys were burning, most of what you see is practical special effects.

It's already 30% done.

As I've said, the idea meandered until I structured it into a book.

won't bother with it until it's done and revised for a number of times before I get sick of it.

I'm going to leak it when it is 90% done.

sure if you can since I'm not even going to post it here.

Will it be full of multiculturalism and strong female warriors who can out wrassle gorillas and can slaughter veteran elite army regiments with a letter opener and some stale bread?

yes but it depends on what faction.

No

What's wrong with 8:45? The fact that your headphones are likely broken?

Oak and iron guard me well or else I'm dead and doomed to hell.

macguffin, gore, horror, gore

Will there be tits and dragons? Also, do you have a publisher?

You don't understand, wikia doesn't give them enough control to stop shit like this. Administrators are just users without any actual affiliation with wikia, so if wikia decides that your carefully selected background should be replaced with ads, or a rape scene should auto-play on a certain article they can't actually do anything about it.

Why? He's an oathbreaking chad who shoves kids out of windows.

how many times does the female lead get sexually threatened by the "villains"?

it happens literally every minute in the real world.

maybe

maybe

Not yet and not even an agent. If you're the same user who I'd been replying to, you'll infer that I'm starting out.

doesn't happen at least in the first book since I have no female lead yet. I planned one but I'm not sure if it'll fit the theme or maybe it'll grow as I write the story, who knows. As far as a female lead being harassed sexually? I don't have it until there's a sequel.

I'm talking about the female lead, not the action you asked about, btw.

No, most of the military it seemed was escorting the gold, the military there seemed to be totally outnumbered. You could see this when they breached the shield wall with the pikes. They were just outnumbered and Dairy Queen had her dragon.

of course I doubt D&B are smart enough to know this and intended for it to show the Dothraki just being superior overall.

That's what I do as well.

...

I'm not mocking you, just teasing people who think we in the Maisie Guild are retards

HA

You find attractive women with nice boobies scary?

2 and a half books then? Maybe?

no

...

You're an expert on retards or writing?

Bump

I dunno, going from a slave to a queen's translator/handmaiden doesn't sound too bad to me.

Did you bend the knee to Queen Fatass?
