Schools care more about avoiding lawsuits and bad press than actually taking care of their students. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if this kid had already gone to one of his teachers or the principal for help and was threatened with punishment if he ever fought back. It happened in my school all the time. Bullies would get a slap on the wrist and the victims who fought back would get suspended or expelled.

I live right down the road, the high school nearby had a miniscule amount of niggers in it back when I graduated. I only remember 3 black teachers and maybe a class worth of niggers. This past week I heard people talking about pulling their kids out of Semmes Middle because of "bullying", and I figured it was just oversensitive cunts. Never would've expected it would be a nigger problem at this school.
1 or 2 years can make a big difference physically, especially since niggers generally hit puberty earlier (they also don't live as long).
