Even if we meme a small percentage of blacks back to Africa, it can make a big difference. Combined with things that are already happening like increased incarceration rates in Trump's law and order era and continued current abortion rates. Ive been writing all this down because it would require an aid package similar to what israel gets to rebuild most of their public infrastructure since much of it was destroyed in their last civil war, but at least this aid package benefits us in some way.
