Now, the Marvel universe doesn't have any dignity or self-respect whatsoever, and the joke is gone. She got a butt-ugly redesign and a terrible writer and she turned into a living embodiment for the cancer killing Marvel, rather than a delightful parody of it.

This costume design is from 1984, when the Cold War was still around, just before Reagan crushed Mondale and it didn't really change since then. Somehow Julie's current costume is the more dated looking one despite being less than a decade old.

Because that Pink Floyd reference is timeless.

Her old costume only showed her thighs, also tight fitting costumes are hot to, also more fabric looks better.

So yeah, I like this costume, and I think it actually looks more like a superhero costume than the original. The new tacticool one sucks though.
