No, since your loyalty isn't toward your people but instead the ideology and the fact that you are going to be more loyal to any race who has that ideology, makes you a traitor of your own people.
You see, fascism without nationalism is pointless. You might aswell be a liberal or a communist if you're into the whole authoritarian part of it. You're still on the side of the kikes, because they will use that weakness of yours, to not be first and foremost loyal to your people.
No, he's not very racialist at all, he's a fucking egalitarian. It's not his fault though, he seems to still believe in that different races can live together, they are the same and can get better etc. It's the same fault of logic they did back during the colonial times about teaching the savages to become civilised.
A racialist foundation is to understand that there are different races and that their loyalty is always by extension of the loyalty to your family, going to be by your people. This in turn leads to a clash of resources like food, water, women and land if different races would live long enough within the same territory.
A racialist point of view is to understand this and understand that ultimately, this way of living with different races within the same territories aren't going to work out. It is by design some would say, but that's a story for another thread.

Well I suppose then I'm an egalitarian in that sense too. I think all races should be allowed to separately develop themselves further, isn't that true competition?
Europeans have been so successful not because they're the best at everything, but because they're above average in almost everything. They're taller, stronger, more attractive, unique eye/hair colors, more creative, more intelligent, individualistic AND collective all above the average compared to the greater world. Problem was that there is always another race out there is better in one way, and when Europeans let that race take over the specialized position, they lose out.
Other races tend towards very high specialization in one thing, whereas Europeans tend towards above average to high skill level in all things.
Another big problem is when slavery enters the picture, it's just the fucking worst in so many ways.
Deprives men of freedom, they work worse, brings a foreign element into your home, makes you lazy by relying on them, lets them get used to the way you operate and giving them knowledge for a future attack.
Basically it's far more important for Europeans then all the other races to remain homogeneous.
