Stalin probably recognized that their aims weren't sincere economic theory, rather they were in it for Permanent Worldwide Revolution (destabilization and cultural destruction leading to Jew rule - for example in the original Trotskyite USSR, homosexuality was legalized in order to degenerate the culture. Under Stalin it was criminalized again.) Stalin purged many of the original Bolsheviks and assassinated Trotsky.

The Jews realized that the USSR was getting a bit out of their control by the 30's, but they thought they could still bribe and control Stalin with their investment power. Stalin played along in order to defeat their common enemy, anti-communist nationalism, in WW2. There was some confusion among average Jews about what to do (although they all recognized Hitler was the main target of course) which is why the Trotsky-ites (the original Bolshevik revolutionaries), recognizing the power shift, turned themselves into today's (anti-Stalinist) American Neocons, but other Jews (such as the Rosenberg nuclear spies) helped out the Soviets.

After WW2, there was still some idea that the USSR was going to be under international Jew control along with the rest of the world, since the major Jews probably didn't realize the USSR was as nuclearly advanced as it was (ironically, thanks to the short-sighted Rosenbergs). In 1946, the Baruch Plan was secretly proposed to Stalin to "share" one world government with him and the USA. Stalin rejected it, realizing that the JewSA was going to have the majority of the power and would squeeze him out and take over.

The Jews realized once and for all that Stalin was out of their control and that's when the Cold War started. Stalin became openly anti-Semitic and began purging the remaining Jews in the USSR, on the correct basis that their allegiance was not to Communism and Stalin, but to Jewry. All the American Jews instantly went totally anti-Communist. Temporarily they even allowed America to be strengthened culturally (just as they did in the WW2 years, in contrast with the degenerate 30's), to build us up so we could take out the renegade golem of Stalinist GOYISCH communism. Communist agents in the US were allowed to be exposed, including the poor ill-informed Rosenberg spies who were instantly sentenced to death (by fellow Jews).
