Web 3.0 will look like the usual cancerous script-heavy functionality-impaired slow-as-fuck big-as-fuck linking-to-a-million-domains search-barely-working stuff we already have now. The only difference will be that it will be optimized for touchscreens (read: clumsy greasy fingers).

Maybe not the desire, but will action follow it? There are cameras in the toilets these days, and no one does anything about it.

Our future will have multiple webs, all fully usable and populated. People will truly be in control of their data, and the Normie net will have all but died out with the advent of working distributed decentralized protocols. Tech like blockstack, urbit, ethereum, holochain, cicada etc will be the new norm.

A very fair a likely forecast. I would add mandatory participation to the list. Being a Luddite will not be possible, Governments will lock essential components of your life into the hands of the small cabal of tech giants. Educational curriculums will require Facebook usage. Amazon will be granted exclusive distribution to certain fundamental goods even if they only fulfill the final leg of the chain. Medical insurance or National Health Services will perhaps require you to wear a smart device. Etc.
