Bedaŭrinde mia esperanto ne estas tre bona .
Mi ŝatas tamen.
...
hahaha amuzu kun via malbela gaja lingvo
fuck off Eurocentric scum
atleast post in lojban
...
La angla lingvo estas imperiisma lingvo. Esperanto devas esti la oficiala lingvo de Holla Forums.
...
Is this some tricky way to claim that imperialism doesn't exist?
Not at all, all I'm saying is that Esperanto is a combination of languages of very imperialistic countries(Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, England), and that you claim that it isn't is pretty dumb
The world needs a language that would suit more people, Esperanto's too Eurocentric to fit this position
I want to learn Epseranto solely because Nazis think it's a Jewish conspiracy to erase different cultures.
I seriously hope you comrades don't so this
Oh! So Balkans are not Euro enough for you, I guess!
How so?
I'm saying that it's generally Eurocentric, it doesn't utilise anything from a non-Indo-European language or a non-European language in general
I personally think having a universal language might be a bad idea, because it cannot appeal to anyone, but if there is one, it should most likely be something as lojban, pretty unrelated, as you cannot create a language that takes something from every language in the world
t. someone who has never studied esperanto
it contains many non-indo-european features, such as the suffix system that denotes word type (-o for nouns, -a for adjectives etc) seen in african languages such as swahili, and the more recently implemented system where adjectives are made into verbs ("mi estas blua"/"i am blue" becomes "mi bluas"/literally"i blue" with "blue being used as a verb") - this comes from the influence of east asian languages such as mandarin
*with "blue" being used as a verb
Mi scias etan kvantan da esperanto, sed mi ne havas io ajn diri.
Tiun socialismo, cxu mi gxusta
...
I did not know that, but it still doesn't justify it, it only uses mainstream languages from what I see, and the vocab is still primarily I-E. Not to mention the useless gender system which is also quite Romance.
You can't have an ideal language, you cannot construct a language without a linguistical bias, Lojban certainly isn't perfect either, but it's one of the more interesting topics and might open up humanity more
Esperanto is a good idea, but it still lacks features I'd like to see
also
I tried for a month but it bore me too much tbh, sticking with natural languages
However, I'd be up for retrying to learn it if I see it more on Holla Forums
I'm not really too familiar with Lojban's actual implementation, but surely it can't be that unequal?
After all, it just gives more individualism, there's no 'better' or 'worse', just different
Also, sorry to all of you for being rude
Lojban was designed for computers to parse, it's not suitable for everyday use.
