It's quite simple, really. By breaking oaths, he forces thise who are here to fulfill someone else's intent (think CTR) have to make the mental note that they're personally following through on their orders. For any oaths that are reliant upon deceit, or subverting someone else's dharma (like the race-mixing cuck porn that was spammed around Holla Forums in the past), this means the shill re-engages personally in something that is at odds with what makes a fundamentally good and honest person, as good and honest people don't lie, and don't ruin other people's lives. The consequence is that over the long term, the shill that sticks to their oath can only stick to t because they choose to be evil. It poisons them. It's damage over time, and occasionally it may take hold and make them realize that they don't need to re-engage their oath because they don't want to re-engage their oath.
