Of course, they can combine multiple techniques here. For example, Accuse Trump of sexual offence and relate to his tax record, inform people that Trump lies, therefore he rigged the election, several recounting must be done. Then recount to make Hillary at least tied to Trump. Their congress will choose Hillary as president. At he same time, accuse Trump of tax problems and sexual offence, try to find him guilty.
