When I was a kid and went on holiday to Spain for a week my palate was extremely limited at the time so I ate a shitton of fast food for lunch and late night dinner every single day with basically nothing else in between and ended up dropping from 198 lbs to 165 by the time I came back because of the fact I kept moving on foot for several miles throughout the day and doing other physical activities.
