I became a communist because of tumblr. Tumblr has a relatively healthy and growing leftist wing that needs to be nurtured. It's entirely possible. They're concerned with "social justice", helping the little guy, and fighting the powerful, so we can easily convert them by putting them on the path that targets capitalism and exposes its hand in the oppression of black people, women, Muslims, etc..
