An animated movie means more potential profits for Warner. Obviously DCEU isn't gonna be bringing in big bucks with how things have been going. So they're desperate for something else to make back profits.

Still, if they were running to him for help he'd be making a Live-Action film. This is more akin to the Adam West revival cartoon they did.

DC is just retarded. They could easily make a lot of money off of their Vertigo properties alone. Making Y the Last Man or 100 Bullets into TV series would not be difficult, and normalfags would be all over it. They could also take a risk, and make a mature animated series out of Sandman.

I like Henry Cavill as Superman and hope he manages to stick around. I've also done a 180 on Ben Affleck and think he's been alright as Batman. I especially like how he wants to be more faithful to the comics than Snyder. No shirtless man could ever do Darkseid justice.
