I agree. My old history teacher used to always tell us, "It's always new to someone," whenever someone would bring up a popular topic that they assumed everyone had already seen. It's called rigging when you rig votes DIRECTLY, i.e. by destroying votes, rigging the machines, recounting, have a person that switches counts etc. directly changing the correct votings to wrong votings.
This here is called false advertisement, instead of rigging the votes, this happens before the voting, we make use of the stupidity of others, it's due to their own choice, it is not forced upon them and everyone who votes like actual rigged votes. They still have the chance to vote correctly if they are smart enough to see through it, while rigged votes are rigged no matter if you vote correctly or not.
