It's a pretty common phenomenon.
They're really banking on the young going out to vote this time around, because the young are usually in line with the DNC's outward policies. Of course, a lot of the young people that voted in the EU referendum voted to stay, as they planned.
But it wasn't enough, because the youth are the flakiest voting bloc in all countries, forever.
I'm eager to see if it'll play out the same way this time around.

Luckily, just like Brexit, the young typically don't care. Its the old, white conservatives that won Brexit and it will be them voting Trump. If we don't start changing directions soon, we're done. Once all those conservatives die off, we'll be left with women, non-whites and nu-males to vote.

All they need to do is target a constituency that is more than 50% likely to vote Hillary and that are equally likely to turn out to vote.

Getting the "youth" to come out and vote could backfire enormously, given that all those mock high school elections went to Trump in a landslide.
