Some internal polling info is showing it's getting way too close in the sweet ol' city of Philly, so there's some work that needs to be done before the eighth.
1) For those of you who are physically in Philadelphia (apologies in advance, yikes), you should be using Uber and keeping resources tied up so that they can't drive their lazy voters in.
2) There's another extremely valuable thing you can do without being there, which is to disrupt the black vote in Philly (and any other non-black Christian collateral damage) by contacting as many churches as you can and informing them, as succinctly and informatively as possible , about the spirit cooking shit.
Here are the pages of Philadelphia churches, the first block aren't explicitly racial, the second block are specifically black churches. If you can call them or go in person, that is basically guaranteed dozens of Hillary voters lost.
Philly the city is a dem stronghold. If we can keep as many urbanites from voting, we may be able to make the state swing to Trump.
We need to cause complete and utter CHAOS.

People outside can help too. Call different Uber and Lyft cars to random places constantly (assuring that it isn't black areas first of course).

Going for white urbanites is definitely good too, but they're more likely to have their shit together and be able to get to a polling station. If you can go for everything, go for everything.
A Clinton PAC is providing free rides to the polling booths via Uber and Lyft. What we need to do is fuck their shit up - we need increase in traffic, AND we need to send Uber and Lyft drivers to some address with no one there so we can waste their time.
1: Get a prepaid credit card. Preferably a few. You don't need any money on it - just get the cheapest you can find. 2: Either with an android emulator ( bluestacks.com/download.html ) or your own phone, install Lyft and Uber 3: Sign up for Lyft AND Uber. One pair of accounts for each card. If you don't live in Philly and you have a VPN, use it and try to refresh your address between accounts so they can't tell the accounts are from the same guy. This may be unnecessary, but it will help them if they're trying to mitigate this attack on the day. 3: Install a GPS spoofer: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lexa.fakegps&hl=en 4: Set a fake location somewhere in Philly 5: Use the promo code "VotePA" on your apps and call a Lyft or Uber - you shouldn't be charged for this 6: Change accounts and repeat! (change your ip address if possible here).

I know. It is mainly a tactic to delay others from using the cars since it will take at least 20 minutes for the driver to reach the destination which you don't even have to been in. One user could use some phone emulators + location spoofers and hold up 10 cars at once.
