That would be hard to estimate, given that they do classify it with HTTP referrers (I ref from a Microsoft mail web client or other …)
Most competent IT people use a client (that they manage to delete if they are really competent.), this do not give a HTTP referrer that can be linked to mail.
Same for a lot of Instant Messengers and other means of communications.
An additional factor is that some sources of traffic (ED, and articles) user archives / anonym.to when they link somewhere. anonym.to should be basic operational when raid a poll, or direct linking something
Some tech anons use add-ons to hide it.
These stat can only give the importances of sources that do not do any of this.
