Yeah, I remember how nearly everything on the radio was a copy of either unimaginative shit like Korn or some variation of Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder.
I was there through Stone Temple Shitheads, Cum Bizkit, Live, the numerous ripoffs of Nirvana (who was overrated anyway) and Smashmouth.

There was good music in the 90s, but the Chili Peppers and Foo Fighters weren't it. I'll guess you were born in 1999 and your parents were extreme normalfags that only listened to commercial radio and they tell you how awesome Lollapalooza was in '96 or some shit.

There was some great music in the 90's but this is a motherfucking slide thread on a natsoc forum.

I can recall there was an entire aura of "wrongness" regarding the music scene in the mid-late 90s. Apparently that must had been the era of my transition to this universe right after my near death experience.

The music of that era was just terribly uninspiring. Fucking CREED puts out a platinum album, the three-chord abomination that was Green Day was all over the radio, a million ripoff Korn bands like Coal Chamber and Limp Bizkit, Stain'd.
I wasn't personally a fan of Marilyn Manson because I hated the gothfags and really didn't enjoy that style.
And even now, Nickelback is still just a throwback to that old Vedder garbage.
There was nothing remarkable about 90s commercial rock. Pretending there's more substance than a bunch of heroin addicts that stole daddy's instruments is just wishful thinking and nostalgia.
