I don't get it, how can they force the strike to end via injunction? They can't force them to work.

This is sure to go over swimmingly.
It works because when you're union and you go on strike, you still get paid. If the court puts an injunction on the strike, then you lose that paycheck AND it allows the company to hire scabs at half the pay.
Fucked up, shouldn't have called it a suit.
