Is Detroit too far gone to be worth the Man power,Money,and investment such as entirely new infrastructure?
I mean could it be done even if it means shipping all of the remaining White South Africans to Detroit,and the Area around it?
Or is the city too far gone? Would Michigan be better off if we were to shutter it,and disperse the remaining Detroit residents to other cities?
If Detroit is so far gone, what other city would you like to be revived?
