I know, I know, muh constitution
but… does the first amendment cover Kek? It's a religion, ain't it?
Are esoteric kekkists tax-exempt?
Would banning pepe from the internet be violating the first amendment?
Do we have a culture-jam against the Clintards if (((when))) they 'win' the 'election' and try to destroy us?

They didn't mean for it to cover foreign religions moving into the land. Islam and Judaism are not covered by freedom of religion, but various differing sects or home grown religions are. So if Cult of Kek is homegrown here then I see no reason it shouldn't be protected.
Yes.
No. Individual members of a religion are not tax exempt.
Depends on who is doing the banning. The First Amendment covers the government, not private organizations or individual people.
No.
Nice slide thread, try harder next time though.
Go to the last page of the board. Scroll down to the last thread on the last page. That is the thread that will vanish when a new thread is created. That's what will be slid off of the board. If you don't want it to slide, bump it.
what about priests or congregations/chapters?
grab a couple /fringe/ wizards and give them hats
we could be openly hostile to the cathedral and they could only shut us down by flagrantly violating their own principles
c'mon, muzzies get to do exactly this already
Freedom of religion is a terrible idea.
People should be forced to follow a state religion. If they refuse they should be burnt at the stake.
Kill yourself
Priests, no. Congregations, no. Only churches and charitable organizations can be tax exempt under 501(c)3. There has to be a Board of Directors, an Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and a place where regular worship services are held. File it all with the IRS.
