Freedom of Religion

I know, I know, muh constitution
but… does the first amendment cover Kek? It's a religion, ain't it?
Are esoteric kekkists tax-exempt?
Would banning pepe from the internet be violating the first amendment?
Do we have a culture-jam against the Clintards if (((when))) they 'win' the 'election' and try to destroy us?

They didn't mean for it to cover foreign religions moving into the land. Islam and Judaism are not covered by freedom of religion, but various differing sects or home grown religions are. So if Cult of Kek is homegrown here then I see no reason it shouldn't be protected.

Yes.

No. Individual members of a religion are not tax exempt.

Depends on who is doing the banning. The First Amendment covers the government, not private organizations or individual people.

No.

Nice slide thread, try harder next time though.

Go to the last page of the board. Scroll down to the last thread on the last page. That is the thread that will vanish when a new thread is created. That's what will be slid off of the board. If you don't want it to slide, bump it.

what about priests or congregations/chapters?
grab a couple /fringe/ wizards and give them hats
we could be openly hostile to the cathedral and they could only shut us down by flagrantly violating their own principles
c'mon, muzzies get to do exactly this already

Freedom of religion is a terrible idea.

People should be forced to follow a state religion. If they refuse they should be burnt at the stake.

Kill yourself

Priests, no. Congregations, no. Only churches and charitable organizations can be tax exempt under 501(c)3. There has to be a Board of Directors, an Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and a place where regular worship services are held. File it all with the IRS.

NO U

t. Chairman Mao

No.

More like t. Everyone prior to 'muh 1776 'Murican Revolution'.

They intended for it to cover all forms of faith. At the same time they intended that no religion would hold sway over policies of the government nor would the government hold sway over policies of religion.

A formal church of satanism was created by Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson to mock Catholicism and its political power grabs.

Prior to the revolution, there was no "murrica". We were British subjects of the King.

Precisely. Americans are traitorous scum. The King's army should've wiped you out.

Well, it didn't and you can't reverse time. Get over it.

never heard that about franklin/jefferson satanism. neato.
Catholicism having political power grabs is only a symptom of protestants having already grabbed power, tho

...

Nope, sorry. They almost banned jews entirely.

For kekism to become tax exempt, we must refrain from political speech because of the Johnson Amendment. There's a bunch of other considerations however. Pics related.

sage

That wasn't on the basis of religion, though, it was on the basis of the kikes being oriental thieves and swindlers.

world's dumbest meme

we could make Holla Forums a church of kek if we wanted

"the alt right is a cult"

CNN

When did the esoteric beta wizards start to infiltrate? Esoteric means hidden from them because they are fucking stupid and still living in the 1800s.

Because it was not constant religious wars that they escaped from Europe. Fuck you.

Citations or it didn't happen.

If you're trying to refer to the Hellfire Club, you're on shaky historical ground.

We basically congregate everyday and could make freddie or jimbo not pay taxes on this holy forum

Actually, we could plausibly force the government to make chans unable to be shut down and tax exempt.
Admin could be sect priest.
We could meme this reality

If you're going to start a religion based on freedom of speech, don't base it in the USA.

Doesn't their religion encourage their thieving and swindling?

kek is a meme
