Saw blacks in line today for S.C. absentee voting – sorta like early voting but only one location in entire county rather than being able to vote in your own precinct. You also have to show ID and give a valid reason why you can't vote on election day, even though they don't really verify your reason. Whereas (((early voting))), as I understand it from seeing it in N.C., is where they basically open up a lot of individual precincts and you larp that it's election day.
