I am currently working on a Doom mod with a pol setting. I haven't made much progres yet but I think you will get the idea. Some feedback/ideas would be appreciated.

There's a Wolfenstein wad for Doom too, this could be easily achieved.
But MOON already exists.
ALSO, the updated engines for Doom allow for mp3 music (see Brutal Doom), which means that the following could be used as the soundtrack.
Changing the main characters face is easy, there's already a Hitler sprite in the game (the final boss). Change the Nazi stuff on the walls to be logos of media companies. Make the final mech boss the shadow government jews instead (eg. Soros).
Basically, the player would be mech Hitler.
MOON is only a sub-set though. OP is aiming higher than that.
Also OP, I just remembered that Doom has sprites of people hanging from the ceilings. I think you know what to do.
